Called before.  Don't leave a message.  I called them back, put me on hold until they connect me with a representative.  I then hung up.  Why don't they identify themselves.  Would help if I knew who was calling.  I don't owe anyone any money.

Answered phone.  Told me to hold.  Then, I hung up!

I have received multiple phone calls from this number. I finally answer my phone today and when a representive got on the phone today. I cut him off and requested the address so I could mail them a letter telling them not to contact via phone anymore only by mail. The guy refused to give me this information so I asked to talk to a manager. When the manager got on the phone she also refused to give me the address because I would not tell her what I wanted the address for.  When I finally told her that it was so I could mail a letter to them to stop contacting me by phone only by mail she informed me that it did not matter because I owed a debt and they would continue to call until I paid it.  I informed her that I knew my rights and if I sent them a letter they were not able to legally contact me via phone.  She informed me I was wrong and continued to ask why I haven't paid my debt over and over until I finally hung up on her.
