Called once didn't leave a message and I did not answer.  Who knows who they are

1st Financial Bank.....  a credit card company that preys on students and than harrasses when they dont pay.

they called and I answered it's first financial bank usa, and they will call and call several times a day

Received calls from this number and it says to wait for an important message but nothing happens.

First Financial Bank.  Left a message after calling 5 times.

I received this number on my company phone talking about very important business matter and that it they would be available until 8pm Pacific time.  Left the return call number at 888-557-1278.  Didn't waste the time to call back or deal with it.

Person calls constantly, leaves messages for some kind of bank -possibly debt collections. However, all messages are completely inaudible and so difficult to understand, I can only make out a few fragments.

I didn't answer a call from the number above. Don't know who called.
