I HATE these nuisance calls more so than email spam as they ring right into your home or cell. I wish I could run these companies out of business who do not take the time to use the donotcall list. Damn scavengers fishing for suckers. If I want to donate, I will choose who and when I want.

They called asking for donations for Special Olympics. If you're going to call and ask for money, at least be nice. The woman who called us was super rude and nasty!! Hung up on her.

I support  Special Olympics  but i hate boiler room callers

They call at least 2x a day. Caller ID usually reads SOMI. Will not answer the phone for them again. They ask for donations to Special Olympics. Will not donate through them.

I received a call at my home number asking for the owner of my company's name. Since I never give my home number for my business I said the owner can't be reached. They didn't give an explanation of why they were calling, but the caller id said Medallion.

Called while I was away, didn't leave a message.  "SOMI" on my Caller ID, which likely indicates "southern Michigan."  How generic.

Calls from this number keep coming 3-4 X's daily.  Sometimes as Somi;  sometimes as Medallion.  I don't answer.

Received one call so far from this number, looks like a Detroit phone number.  Called when we were not home.  Thank you for all the information on the posted blogs.

Called today (Sunday) at 6:12 p.m.  Did not answer.

No message left on answering machine. After reading these posts, I will not answer any call from this number.

Caller ID says "MEDALLION".  No message left on VM.

Quick busy signal on my answereing machine.

I received a call on my answering machine with no message left. On caller ID, it said from MEDALLION and from number 313-286-8409. I checked online to see if others had received such a call or calls to see what it may have been about. Guessing from others comments that it is something to ignore.

GOT THE SAME CALL  313 286 8409 AND IT SAID MEDALLION ON OUR CALLER ID
AND AFTER READING THESE COMMENTS I LEFT WORD WITH MY WIFE NOT TO BOTHER WITH THEM SHOULD THEY CALL AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN IM WORKING

Caller identified himself as from Medallion calling on behalf of Special Olympics . I support Special Olympics but not boiler room callers

they called twice today 3:12pm & 6:20pm Not even the courtesy of leaving a message which means they're sh$tbums of some kind

didn't leave message but when you call it back, the recording (on weekends)says "Doner Services Division".  They are a fund raiser for various groups.

"THC" on caller id. I didn't pick up.
