They didn't respond when I answered so I Just kept them on speaker phone  They were unaware that the line was open - - it was call center banter for several minutes.   Scam.

Received a call from this number and the caller indicated it was from Bankers Life, about my newly submitted resume.   When I indicated I didn't submit a resume and in fact was not looking for a job, the caller sounded lost.   If it was spam, it was against this company.

Yes this is Bankers Life number, they called me after I have submitted resume's for tech jobs. Read up on the company and ignore the call, scam.

Ivy (Eileen?) Chessney (?) said they were from Bankers Life and Casualty calling about an online resume I'd supposedly submitted to them.

said they were a recruiter for Bankers Life and Casualty responding to a resume they said I submitted online.  Didn't submit a resume to them.  Only to the local university and one other company.

I would like to know what "business/person" is calling me from this number?
