Calling for my sister. Saying it was a pending legal complaint or something like that. Happened shortly after my sister's bank account was hacked. She said it's a scam, same thing happened to her before, last time someone compromised her bank account.

They called looking for my wife saying it was mediation for an out of state legal matter. She has no out of state legal matters.
