I have been seeing this number repeatedly on home and cell phone. I just decided to answer it. She asked for me by first name only. After asking twice she finally said she was Shelly Johnson then hung up.

Maybe she's trying to identify information for identity theft. She called and asked for my dad on my new company cell phone. Strange.

I, too, I just received a call on my cell phone from a woman at this number. She ask for me by name and when I replied "speaking", she hung up. I tried to return the call but was sent to voicemail. Too bad the Federal Trade Commission can't protect us from these predators.

I too just received a phone call caller ID identified the number as "unknown."  A women asked for me by name, when I acknowledge who I was, they promptly hung up - I called back and got a voice automated message - weird!

Female called and asked for my husband by name. I asked who was calling and she replied Shelley Johnson. When I asked who she was with, she hung up on me.

I got a phone call just minutes ago.  The caller was a female, asked for me by name and then hung up.  I called back twice, got a systems voice mail.  I see I am not the first.  This is creepy!

also got called this morning, said my name , and hung up.. my thoughts are that it is a type oc collections processing, and they get paid on a per  call

Sounded like a pre-pubescent boy asking for my mother (by name). I promptly asked "Who is this?" and they hung up. Really odd.

Young woman called my home while I was at work, when wife answered she asked for me by name, when my wife said I wasn't there, the young lady promptly hung up.

Young lady called and asked for me by name "Hi, (name)?:" and I said "Yes?" and then she just hanged up. Weird call.

Just received a call from this number which asked for my daughter by name.  When I offered to take a message they hung up.  I called the number back from my home phone and my cell phone and received a recording to leave a message.

My friend called me and asked if I recognized the # above. She said she recieved a call from the # and the lady asked for her by first name. My friends name is hard to pronounce and the lady said it right. When she asked who was calling, the lady hung up. My friend was worried. She called the # back and the message said it was for Moses. This is too weird. My friend is training to be a state highway patrol, she is looking into it.

Same stuff happened to me. Some girl said hi and knew my name. She hung up when I asked who is was. I'm gonna just call back an annoying amount and leave ridiculously long messages.

The caller called on my home phone and didn't leave a message then called on my cel phone (which has an area code from the east coast and I live on the west coast).  When I answered she called me by my name and when i asked who it was she hung up.  When I called back it rang and then an electronic vm came on that said to leave a message.

Caller says "Hey Virginia", like she knows me and after I casually say "Hey" she hung up.  I called back and got a computer recording to please leave my message.  This is a cell phone registered just outside Detroit, Michigan.  No collection call...must be some sick chick.

A woman called and asked my wife to speak to me by name and when my wife said I wasn't there and asked who was calling she hung up. I tried calling the number back and left a message but no one ever responded.

A woman asked for me by name, I asked who she was she hung up! As if she has nothing better to do!

I just received a call from the above number that came through my cell. The lady said, Hi (by my first name) and asked if my husband was here, (by his first name). I asked "who this is this" and she hung up.

I also recieved a call from a women. Asked for mother-in-law by name. When asked how they know her, they hung-up.

Woman calls ans ask how I am doing then hangs up!
