Please be aware that debt is a CIVIL matter, NEVER criminal!  These scammers ALWAYS say it's a "criminal matter" which it is NOT.

IT'S A SCAM !!!! I have also received the call from this person.  She said her name was Tiffany Boyd and she was an investigator with a Law office. She did have my information and tried to get me to pay money.  I filled Bankruptcy a few years ago and don't owe this money but she tried to get me to pay it.  She even tried to say that Bankruptcy has no merit on this case because its a criminal case against me and a warrant will be issued for my arrest unless I paid.   She used another name as well Vanessa Long under the phone number 702-418-1246.  Tiffany Boyd used number 313-626-9287.... before you pay call people, research, if they are legit, the information on them will be easy to find....

Tiffany Boyd 313 626 9287 is a scam. They called my parents house claiming they had 2 felony warrants for my arrest. Please don't give them a dime. I've reported them to the proper officials and I urge you to do the same. They also call from 702 418 1246. They are very nasty and rude people who need to be behind bars. Tiffany Boyd said she has my social security and threatened to get me fired by calling my employer and ruin my life.

She has called me form two different numbers one form 702-418-1246 and then this one 313-626-9287 . She keeps calling and calling and wont give me why. She says she has your birth date social number and were you live. She also will tell you that if you do not pay she will have two warrants out for you in your local city.

I received a call from this number as well and called my local pd.  It's a scam.  When I called the number back it was a voicemail box for a Juan Jackson.  The woman I talked to was Tiffany Boyd.  When she first called and wanted me to send money I asked her questions and she got so angry she hung up on me!  If this was real and she wanted to get an issue resolved that is a poor way to accomplish it.  Very rude and angry woman.

I received a phone call today stating i wrote a bad cash loan check back off my rush card and i that i have 2 warrants out for my arrest. This is total bs that somebody is that mean,rude and childish to do such a thing

I dont care who they call. I will never pay them back for a payday loan i  got 3 years ago. they probably already charged it off on their taxes anyway.

There's nothing honest about you. You spend your days in some urine-soaked boiler room dialing for dollars by attempting to extort money from unsuspecting victims, then you come on sites like this to pretend your scam is legitimate. Well, we do appreciate know that this site is making it tough for you to fool victims on the phone anyway.

I read these comments first  but in the end, I paid these  people what i Know i owed: And oh yeah....they did want money...which is what I wanted when I borrowed this money to begin with.  I did find them to be a little rude. But I really did  owe the money so I decided to  do something  Honest......I actually paid it back..

Same here. He was calling for my supervisor and when I asked what it was in reference too, he said he found my question offensive. I told him it was illegal to contact people at work and he got mad at me. I hung up on him. He called back and I diverted the call. I hate people like this!

get a call from this number clamming to be a bill collector they wont give u any information on it and r very rude  i ask for a bill but they will not send 1 all they want is money
