got a call from this number today...re my 91 year old father in law.who has dementia...caller..."hector"  said he couldnt tell me waht it was about...as he needed to talk to myu father in law....right...i wasnt baon yesterday.  wish henry ford would check up on this company...sounds like a big scam

This is Medical Financial Solutions, the billing arm of Henry Ford Health.

I got a call from this number today, a woman spoke and said she must have the wrong number.  If this is from Henry Ford hospital, it would be a scam as they do not have this number on file, only my land line

Got a call, no message. I paid a bill recently so they should not be calling.

This is a legit bill collection number for medical solutions, which Henry Ford medical group owns.  I owed some copay from lab work done last year.  Paid Henry Ford directly, didn't pay collections.

Caller id says Henry Ford but first nobody answered. Then anautomatic voice told me that every agent would be busy and I could leave a message...... I did not call them!!!

I just received a call from this number as well....I have received several calls on my cell phone no less?!?  I answer and I get nothing....no music...no recorded message...nothing....waste of my time

got a call from this number and he sounded all nasally. He asked for someone named Kate Houston. so I don't know who it is at all.

caller ID says Henry ford health but no one is there...   Been to doctor's there, but no one on the line when answer.

Received a call today from this same number. Answered and there was silence. Kept saying hello and no one came on the line, so I hung up.  I think it is a scam. The caller ID said Henry H. No last name just the initial H. Who is that?

Pay Henry Ford directly if you owe money.

I too received a call from this # 2x today. the first time i answered and it was silent for a few seconds and then it said all the reps were not available. why call me and have me on hold??

but i had a same insident as Max. I had a Dr appt a month ago but i received a phone call from "Medical Financial Solutions of Henry Ford." saying i owed a balance from 2005 and would not be able to go to my appt unless i paid first. i asked what it was for and he said for a Surgery. i've never had a surgey before and i was still in High School in 2005. they too asked for payment on the phone and i said no send me a bill to verify because i did not have surgery at all.
I never did recieve a bill. or go to my Dr appt.

I received a call too about payment I supposedly did not make back in 2006.
I asked him to send a bill so I can verify, but he say I can only pay through telephone because it is old.
He asked me to tell him my credit card number and I said no.
So I think it is a scam.

Like bob said I called the number back and it said "Medical Financial Solutions of Henry Ford."
I am not sure he is legitimate.
If so, how can I verify?

My husband just received a call from this number and as with the others, didn't leave a message.  Legitimate companies with legitimate needs/concerns/issues will leave a vague message requesting a return call and leave their number.  If not, it's not going to get an answer or returned call.
