Have received 3 calls in consecutive days from this number after cancelling cable service with comcast

They've been calling me every morning for the past 3 days after I cancelled my service. The first 2 times I missed the call, this morning when I answered, there was no one there. I hope I am able to answer tomorrow and there is someone there because I am gladly moving to a location that is not serviced by Comcast and would like to get them to stop calling me!

i canceled my service 5 days ago and i have recieved a call from this number EVERY MORNING at 8am waking me up! i always wait for people to leave messages and they never leave one from this number. i'm glad i figured out it was comcast. anyone know how to get them to stop calling?!

I just got a call from this number too.  I had Comcast for a year with a special price and the second year was supposed to be $99.  When I got my bill it was $155!  They would not honor our agreement for the second year so I took my equipment in on Jan. 22nd.  Guess what?  Got a bill for $111 last week!  I knew what they were going to say when I called.  They said that they showed my equipment was turned in but my cable hadn't been canceled!  Now, I told her, how can I still have your cable when I turned in the DVR/box, remote, and the modem?  She said that's right.  I bet anything that the next statement I get will still be WRONG and I will have to call them AGAIN.  Please steer clear of Comcast.  They are really awful.....

I just cancelled comcast and switched to uverse.  when i called to cancel they transferred me to the 'retention' department and offered me $50 off my $200 bill.  i told them uverse is already giving me that price and if they would have offered that price before might have taken it. i would recommend uverse to anyone still with comcast.  i am getting calls from this number daily without leaving any VM.  now that i know it's comcast i'm going to tell them off next time it rings.

I haven't even had comcast and they call constantly.  I get at least one call a day and they never leave a message.  It's starting to get annoying.  They've been calling for at least a couple of weeks now.

Its just Comcast's last try to reel you in on the "discount" prices or the "excellent" promos that they have going on. I just canceled with them and then i was getting the (313)945-1111 number calling me daily and they never left me a voice mail or anything. Very sad that they cant let you go without essentially scaring the individual away! I'll never use them again because they are too over priced!!!!

yep - cancelled comcast and get daily calls from this number (3 days in a row and counting...)

Cancelled my comcast service Monday, started receiving calls from this number on Wednesday. They've called 4 times in a 24 hour period, no message is left, just a hang up.

Do you know if this is a marketing call or if this is customer service? I just canceled comcast; wondering if that was to confirm or something. I call the number back and its busy.
