I just recieved a call from that same number 1-877-509-0399, they said that my brother-in-law just got charges filed against him and they need to talk to him. ( the charges they said sounded just like my brother-inlaw). I called back and got the same people that called me. I fthis is a scam i would like to know what my next step would be and if they got your info then how far can they go?

this number is connected to number 1-877-509-0399. 1/21/13This person has called my family and decided to say that my licences was suspended due to bank fraud and outstanding bill with a loan company. This person by the name of Brenda White was with the Collection Agencies. When, i got off the phone with these people I decided to go to local P.D. to see if my licenses was suspended or not. The P.D. said that my licenses was cleared. So i went on to work, to find out that these people also contacted my mom that lives in a different town. At this time i was really upset. Then while i was at work on of the Police Officers that i talked to decided to call one of the numbers to tell them to leave me and my family alone. Then after that I got off at 11:00 pm on that night of 1/21/13. When i got home my husband also told me that these people also talked to his grandfather. If you ask me i think that this person went to far. Then about 12:08am of 1/22/13, i decided to call the number to see if this "company" was open and this place wasn't. There was an answering machine that stated that her name was Rosanne (Horan?). If you ask me i think that Rosanne and Brenda are the same person because their voices sounded the same. Right at this moment i am seeking more information to get justice for me and everybody else out there that has had this similar case.
