Joe Blow - the name fits!  MANY of these "bills", as you call them, are not legitimate.  Why would you assume the bill is accurate?  Many of those balances are disputable and for good reasons!!!  I believe many times you have to fight the scum of the corporations and monopolies to get an accurate bill and especially the scum bucket insurance companies who don't pay out fairly on your medical claims.  YES THAT'S RIGHT Joe Blow, have to ever got a "new" bill from medical service provider which stated "Your insurance company claims that you owe more than your copay because they don't cover some of our services or our charges exceed what they feel are the standard charges for the services you received.  You owe an extra $300.  Please remit."  And then if you refuse to pay or try to fight them, guess what Genius?  So don't so arrogantly assume those bills are accurate, legitimate, or honorable.

This call is calling in reguards to collecting money from First Premier Bank's . There number will not trace back to them neither you will have to call

Premier Telephone Banking
Toll Free Number: 800-987-5521

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday in Sioux Falls at 357-3174 or outside Sioux Falls at 866-951-6800

Don't get behind with this outfit. They will hound you to death using the phone without caller ID, including calling you on Sunday. Thank your senator and congressperson for gutting the powers of the Federal Trade Commission. That action gives predators like First Premier the ability to provide a liner for pond scum. Run away. You don't need anything from these jerks!

I have filed a complaint with the FTC just to see what happens

They call if you go over the credit limit by 4 cents, or if you are late by a day. I always intend to pay my bills, Joe Blow, but with the economy the way it is right now & people out of work or "under-employed" some times it is tough to keep all the bills up to date. Are you one of the government humps who gets a raise every year because you feel it's your right to have a beach house in the Hamptons while your constituents are in the unemployment line?!?

These people call constantly.  According to First Premier, it isn't them.  I just settled my account with First Premier and this number popped up on my caller ID again and I called the number and it says it is no longer in service, so I don't understand how they can be using an out of service number, but sounds fishy to me.  I called First Premier back and told them about this number and she said she was not aware of a number like this and that their numbers are 1-800 numbers.  So.....

They started calling my number today. The telephone rings twice then they hang up. I don't own or want any type of credit card & have nothing to do with First Premier. My bills are paid.
Joe Blow sounds like one of those dim witted collection agents who call people trying to get money that no one really owes because the collection agency hasn't kept it's record updated properly.

I have no debts with these people but know someone who does. First they set you up with a credit card with a limit of $250.00. Then they immediatly charge you 'fees' of $192.00 plus a monthly 'service' charge of $7.00. So your available credit is really only about $50.00. Plus you are hit with a large monthly charge if you are late. So they are really preying on those people who can least afford it. There is no excuse for not paying your bills on time and your debts should always be paid but this so-called 'bank' should be avoided at all costs. Since the new credit card law went into effect last week they are no longer allowed to charge the $192.00. They can only charge up to 25% of the credit limit. So they immediatly raised their APR to 85% just before the new law took effect. The lesson is to read the fine print before you sign for a credit card and always pay it off as soon as possible. As someone above said you shouldn't complain if you are called about a valid debt but this is one 'bank' you should avoid in the first place.
