314-627-0149: no name. heavily accented. barely understood. Told woman to send me a letter as I will not give personal information on the phone

I keep getting a call from this number alot and if not everyday, every 2 day at least and I have only answered the first call from them and I said hello and I got no response after that so I hung up and i don't even recognize the # but I do know now that it's a scam so PLEASE STOP CALLING ME BEC I WILL NEVER ANSWER WHEN U CALL.

Got a call today from this number - Caller ID was bizarre: V1301004430020.

I answered, heard what seemed to be talking in the background and then they hung up. Third call from this number.

This number  314-627-0149 JUST called me almost 10 minutes ago.  It's 11:38pm in Florida.  No voicemail no nothing.  I came on here, and googled up the number...  I came across this site on google.. I have children and the phone rang, I had to mute the phone so it doesn't wake the kids up.  Seriously.  It's Sunday night, we gotta work tomorrow after a weekend off.  Have some decency to CALL during proper hours AND have a LEGITIMATE REASON TO CALL!!!!  ARGH!

Just called my cell at 9:23 at night!!  So much for following the rules!

This number has called me multiple times and I finally answered and it was a guy saying that I had been the lucky winner out of millions and won a $100 gift voucher for target and other locations. He was nice but he kept asking for my credit card number, even after I had told him no thank you.

have been getting calls from this number, don't know who they are or want they want.

He said I won a SmartShoppers gift card for Target and asked if I remembered going to their site.  He asked if I wanted to sign up for a 7 day free trial for something. I told him no and he hung up.

I GOT MR NUMBER APP FOR MY CELL PHONE AND IT BLOCKS THIS CALL EVERYTIME. I DONT EVEN HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE FIRST RING TO FINISH. THEY  GOT MY # ON LINE WHEN I FILLED OUT AN SURVEY FOR WALMART. -WTCH OUT FOR THOSE, THEY SELL  YOUR INFO TO THESE COMPANIES. FROM NOW ON I WONT DOING ON LINE SURVERYS---

Call with no message several times daily

Has gotten a call from this number 4 times this morning. whoever it is needs to stop calling me.

This number called me saying I was going to recieve something in the mail that I paid $6 for but would not tell me when I bought it or what the company name was. They have called me 4 or 5 times in the last week until I finally told them to just take me off their calling list.

This same number called our house at midnight on a Sunday and woke everyone up. Nobody spoke or left a message. Very annoying.

if this is indeed a bill collector of anykind, it is against the law for them to call you after 9pm.  I looked up this  number today because they called my house at 11:30 last night waking up my daughter.  If they call today they are going to get a piece of my mind.
