I ordered movies when my granddaughter was 8, she is now 21.  I remarried, moved and somehow
they found me.  You are right calling, one right after another and from different #'s.  I have requested to be called only once a year, but received another call w/n a few months.  How to get rid of them is the ?

I have not purchased movies from this company since 1990, and all of a sudden there are 3 calls a day.  Usually caller ID says family films, but today it was customer svc fe.  I am on the do not call list, and have been ever since it came out, and I renew it every couple of years.

I believe that the name is Feature Films for Families. They are family films that don't need a rating because they have no objectionable content and are suitable for all family members.

I also ordered a couple of movies from these people and have tried to get off the list, but as Brandi said they don't give up.  I am on the National Do Not Call and I still get calls

This is no lie, I ordered movies (VHS) from them back in the late 80's when my kids were young.  They have called often ever since...They are like an elephant, they dont forget...AND they dont take no for an answer either...

I have learned the bakersfield, ca number. I have learned the somewhere in or number. These people have made me paranoid to answer unfamiliar numbers (which used to be fun). This morning I got 3 calls in a span of 20 minutes from this number, starting at 7am...on my day off. I checked the number on google and sure enough, THEY were back.
They started calling nonstop after I purchased 2 movies from them about 4 years ago. The calls just started coming multiple times a week.
At first I became annoyed. I remained polite but repeatedly told them no thanks. They kept on calling. Then I started to poke at them a little. More calls. Next I made a comment on how awesome it would be if their movies were good like Pixar's. Still calling. Then it became fun to just mess with them and ask them weird moral questions like they insist on doing in their films. One night while drinking with some friends they called. I proceeded to hand the phone around the room to see what kind of insults my drunk friends and I could come up with. We were very aware of our immaturity but it no longer mattered.  We were very creative, rude, and disgusting (never violent or threatening though). Nothing worked. It's like it never happened. This brings up the horrible conclusion that I may have to live with the fear of f***ing family feature films or whatever for the rest of my life.

I keep getting calls from this number to my cell phone, I have not given them my cell phone number I am also on the National do not call list and now I am reporting these two numbers to our state as I am tired of them calling me. Thanks to you for the help....

You think calls to your cell phone is bad, I've been getting calls to my Skype number every day this week, and I live in Australia! (Which means the calls have been coming in between midnight and 7am.)  I have a Texas number on Skype so my family and friends can call me without incurring overseas phone charges. I haven't answered the calls; I just Google the number to see who it is, and then block it. Sooner or later they're bound to run out of numbers. I, too, made the mistake of buying a couple of movies from them several years ago. Never again!!

Un-manned auto-dial Telemarketer

They keep calling, will not leave any message and are annoying.  I have not ordered anything from them for 2 years.  I did previous order movies for my grandchildren.

These people are relentless.  I bought movies from them now they call ALL the time, sometimes four times a day.  They also call from 805--309-5511.  I have told them repeatedly that I do not want anymore films and am cutting costs.  They will not take me off their calling list and will not take no for an answer.  I don't answer and if I do, I let my three year old talk to them and confuse them.  They are annoying and I will not buy another movie from them.

I too bought a couple of movies about 4 years ago when my step-grandkids were young. I have NO young people in my life at all and no longer wish to purchase their product. They call multiple times a day from different numbers so now I never pick up unless I recognize the #. I too am on the no call list!!

These people don't give up. I ordered a couple movies... and now they will not stop calling, and they will call from all different numbers. I have stopped anwsering My phone, because they will not give up. They call EVERYDAY. It has completely turned Me off from their company. I will not buy another movie from them.

block their number on you cell phone.   if they call your work. ..  let them know " this phone line is being recorded (even though its not) and trace has been completed. thank you for calling "  (then hang up)

Call was not answered as I do not answer calls from unknown numbers (and I don't give telemarketers the "courtesy" of telling them not to call me, I signed up on a list for that). Caller did not leave a voice mail. Company has called at various dates/times from different numbers/locations making it (almost) impossible to block.  I have reported every call to the FTC (and continue to until I have all their numbers blocked).

If information on 800notes is correct, every call is (allegedly) from a company named Feature Films for Families, a company I've never done business with.  If you search every number in the list on 800notes you will also see a "plant" post from the company at the top on 20 July 2009.

Multiple calls, leaving no messages; I ordered from Feature Films for Families when my children were in diapers ... they are now in their 20s.  I don't need the same kinds of movies now, and have asked to be removed.  I STILL get the calls.

When my kids were smaller and lived at home I would buy movies from them....I have told them that I do not need anymore movies and they do not take no for an answer it appears. The movies are great family movies because there is not violence in them but still no means no.

This number calls two to three times a day.  If I try to answer no one answers.  It is totally annoying.  I don't ever remember doing any business with this company and am on the no call list.  HELP :(

It is the family film people. I asked them to stop and they did. You have to answer the phone and ask. If they were psychic, they wouldn't call in the first place....

These 'people'/machines keep calling 3-4 times daily and NEVER leave a message(we do not pick up the phone on numbers we do not know). I've no clue who they are and the same name shows up with different states, different numbers. They won't stop calling and I KNOW it's not debt collectors...so who are these RUDE PESTS?

These people have been calling my SKYPE number for the last three nights in a row, from different numbers (which have all now been added to my Block list). The worst part of it is, I live in Australia, so the calls have been coming in between midnight and 7am. But since I have a Texas number, they seem to think it's okay to call. I have received two calls from numbers listed in the above posts...I'm sure I will get a third.  The irritating part is when I answer and say my name nobody responds...I get crickets chirping in the night.  Just posting this as a record in case of future problems, I am off to try the customer service number.

This follows the classic pattern for FFFF.  They set up a number, and preload the list here with a pseudo-ad for the company (Jul 2009) before the first complaint comes in (Aug 2009).  They have done this on all the numbers they use.  As for my phone, they stopped calling for about 6 months but are back on the rampage again.

The last 4 digits are always 55xx

FFFF-Feature Family Film Company. Scam artists. They keep calling, saying we owe them money. We have never done business with them. AVOID THE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They won't stop calling. They have numerous phone numbers they call from. 314-627-5519, 805-309-5511, 805-309-5510. We are the do not call list.

Hi have this number ring me. So I just add it to my 'Phone Power' VOIP 'blocked number' list. Takes me 30 seconds to login to my phonepower account , go to blocked calls and add the number. I can even copy and paste from my phone log.
I find this one of the best benefits of VOIP with this company. No I don't work for them, but we have had VOIP from the first day 'Sunrocket'(now defunked) came out.
So take control of your phone line, go VOIP with a provider that has a web interface that lets you easily block numbers.

I never bought anything from these people and I get several numbers from them. The next time they call I will give them an ear full. I'm on the do not call list also.
