I was going through the missed calls on my cell phone and when I googled this number, all of you folks came up . I don't answer unknown calls - EVER - but when I have a chance, I look them up. Then I save the number in my cell directory under "PEST - IGNORE" so when it calls again, it has an identity. So then I know not to bother with it ever again. I have no idea how these people get cell numbers - are they just dialing at random? Or maybe they buy a block of cell numbers to dial, thinking anyone with a cell phone is probably in debt. Anyway - hope this helps someone.

"Debt Solutions WCA" Claim they will help you with credit card debt. Block this one, its a scam.

Received 2-3 calls on my cell phone.  Have only listened to first few seconds and immediately
hung up.

Received a call from this number about 1.5 hours ago.  Another pain in the butt!  Did not answer.  No message.  I'm in Canada.  As above, I have no way to block them. :-(

The number 386-233-3694 is associated with 'Carter Financials" (which may be a real company and these thieves may just be using the name to perpetrate their crimes - kind of like when they say they are calling from RBC - one of Canada's largest banks)

As I said, I think this bottom feeder using 314-627-6892 is part of the same gang as 386-233-3694. Because the area codes are different does not mean they are in different states or provinces (they just spoof the number). I think the worst of them run a variety of phone scams at the same time. At least that explains to me why I have had a flurry of calls in the past two days with the same theme (give us your personal info and we will perform some act of magic to make your life wonderful.... like, really??)

I think the term "telemarketer" is too good for these criminals. They are scum; bottom feeders, thieves - a telemarketer is someone hired to call people and find out their political affiliations, the kind of beer they drink, radio stations they watch, etc, etc, etc.

These people are out to con and steal from innocent (and often) desperate people. That makes them criminals.

I just got a call from them - tried to send the tone for non-existent number but got this taped message instead...
"Hello, it's a***ole f****r David from CCCF.....". I wasn't in the mood to talk with an a***ole f****r so hung up on the creep.

P.S. notice how these criminals use names that have an angelic pure sound to them... Michael, David but not Mike or Dave or Butch.

They keep switching numbers AND they likely are not in Missouri, or Montana, or Florida or wherever. They are spoofing the call (making it look like it comes from somewhere)

Got a call 1 min ago from this number MO, USA.  A recorded message said :

"This is CCTS and we have been trying to call you in the last few days regarding your legal right......"

I hung up without waiting to hear all the craps.  This is the first time I got a call from this number to my cell. I'm in Canada.

Why even have do-not-call lists as it doesn't seem to work? It seems as though all forms of communication are becoming bombarded with either company marketing or various scams

Got a call from this number today on my cell phone. The display said "Missouri", so I didn't answer it, since I live in Canada and didn't recognize the number. It seemed like it rang for almost a minute before they hung up.

This number is from a US company trying to peddle their services to Canadians.  Don't fall for it.

Just got a call from this number. Answered, and when there was dead air, realized it was a telemarketer of some kind, so hung up. Did not recognize area code and when I found out was from Missouri (don't know anyone from there) was certain. If this goes to these people...............DO NOT CALL AGAIN!!!!!!

Just received a call from this number around 11:15 am.  Saw Missouri and did not answer call.

its one of those i can lower your interest rates i think they should be barred from calling people. i work nights like i need someone calling at 10 in the morning to wake me up!
