Called cell phone.  No .  I don't answer phone calls with long distance area codes.  No message left.  I researched.  Bogus debt collection agency.

I am a former employee of CACi, the company that was hired to collect for US Bank.  The collection methods we used were illegal, we lied to customers constantly.  There was constant sexual harassment and physical threats against employees by supervisors like Ben S.  Roger, the CEO was doing a side business with one of the supervisors, Rich M; this is a conflict of interest.  CACi is always milking the system by bringing in new employees to work because US Bank pays money for each employee CACi trains.  CACi then uses abusive supervisors like Ben S. to get employees fired (while scamming them out of the unemployment they deserve). The company uses employees like cash cows and then spits them out and rips them off. I guess the IRS isn?t the only one getting ripped off by CACi; the companies they collect for and most of all the employees are getting ripped off too.

This is not even a collection agency... The are a huge fraud and needs to be reportee

Its US Bank but not the actual US Bank, its a collection agency my credit card company sold my account to. I was firm but polite and recited the Federal Fair Debt Collections Act about calling an inordinate amount of times in a day. I expect I will hear from them a few times tomorrow too lol.

This number appears on my cell, unfortunately my roommate got the call...fortunately I am in intell...this is a bogus number give them NOTHING call your state consumer affairs office..or make a civil complaint.

This number keeps coming up on my called ID but cinse my phone goes directly to my FAX machime after 2 rings I never hear what they want.  I hope they enjoy my FAX machine.

I got a call from a woman four times in one hour. She lefts messages mumbling her name, and what business she's calling for and says how important it is too call her back.

I'm 28 years of age - -  they called my mother's home, gave her the name of a credit card I had had, gave her the amount owing, told her what they would take as a compromise payoff.   I think this is a violation and they could be subject to a fine.   Has anyone else had such an experience?

It's a scam, never give out information over the phone unless it is a trusted number, and even then be careful. US bank would leave a message and have a valid Caller ID, this number does not. Scam artists can be very rude and unprofessional, but they can also be very convincing.

Called did not leave message but read this - always check to see if on and realized it was fraudulent who else can I turn them into?

Same calls starting up again on 3/30/09 12:28 pm pacific. I was worrying about you guys since one of your last calls was 3/7/09 at 7:48am pacific. Calls early morning sat sun weekdays for months always trying to find FIDENCIO. I give them the same info and phone numbers every dang time but they just keep calling. Had A young fellow give my phone out as his employer on a car loan. Fidencio get your lazy a** back over and pay that loan you knucklehead or bring that car back from Mexico. This number has called me tons of times, they keep asking for Joseph! Another bank was also calling me. I told them my area code was 61* and the phone number they need is area code 65*. This jack*** keeps giving out my cell number, our numbers are exactly the same but with different area codes. I even called him.

Us bank contracts their collections to a company called CACI. This is called 1st party collections, the accounts are not charged off yet if they say they are USBank they have to, their contracted customer service reps., if you call the credit card division and NOT your local branch they will verify this for you. CACi has an obligation to up hold FDCPA laws, thay HAVE to ask for verification that they are talking to you, due to 3rd party disclosure.It could be about your past due credit card payment OR if you have or had "overdraft protection" on your checking account. USBank charges a yearly fee for this, as stated in your contract. That is what they are calling you for, to pay the overdraft yearly fee that you have failed to honor with them. Elan Financial is the bank that enables and owns your credit card debt that you have from your smaller banks and credits unions. Your credit card says its from "small town bank" but.... Elan financial owns that debt, they make it possible for these smaller branches to extend that credit to you. I know collection agencys are dreadful , but come on people thay are doing their jobs just as you do yours everyday. Thay have kids, house payments, bills too. Cut them some slack and stop acting like calling you is harrassment!! You owe the bill, you overlooked your payment or simply cant pay right now, talk to them they do work with you!!

I don't get it. If it was U.S. Bank it would pertain to me since I DO bank with them, but they do not leave messages AT ALL. Don't businesses usually leave messages if it has to do with a business endeavor and missing payments is considered significant? You think they would! So I'm marking this as fraud!

FYI - They showed up as RESTRICTED on my cell phone too. Most U.S. Bank numbers will show up U.S. Bank if trying to contact you and the person would leave you a message. &They would NEVER ask you to confirm anything due to the fact that they already have your information!

ok im 17 and i got like 7 calls in the last week but have just never picked it up because i didnt no who they were but what did they need to no from a 17 yr old that is so important any way? i also found out that the are using this number also 1-866-952-6297. it is really rude to get a call from them during church!!!!!!!!

My mother answer the called with the number 314-714-8457 and my mother doesn't speak english so she passed me the phone. They called asked for my mom first and last name. they wanted her to confirm her name and and stuff. they said that they were from elan finical something about visa card. they said there was a balance on that account but my mother haven't used her visa card in a while. she was still talking to me and i hanged up the phone because i had a feeling that it was  fraud.

Received a call from this number.  The woman said she was calling from "Elan Financial" and that it was NOT a courtesy call.  She tried to get me to give my social security number...when I wouldn't give that, she tried to get me to "verify" my address.  I told her that I had never even heard of "Elan Financial" and that I would not be providing any information.  She replied in a snotty tone, "Well then I can't discuss this important financial issue with you then!"

They called - " Jasmine " called , saying she needed " Ralph " to call her back ?????

It's 7:30 Pacific time and they are supposedly US Bank ??
The background sounded really busy too.
Like she was in a bullpen of callers.

I have been getting a call from this number the last few days between 8:30-10AM.  Every time I answer they hang up.

This number keeps calling my house at 8:30 every week day morning and i never answer it cause it wakes me up and dont have time to get to it. then im mad cause it wakes me up and i cant go bac to sleep. but anyways i finaly answered it one morning it is was for my dad so i called him gave him the number to call back and then my dad said that it was all taken care of but the number is still calling.
