Can someone explain to me who I keep getting calls (which I don't answer since I don't recognize the number) from 314-815-1850? And is there a way to "lose" them?

this number 314-815-1850 sends calls often. No message is left and if I answer, no person or machine answers.... How do I get this to stop?
