rec'd call this morning, and IGRNORED phone call.

Aaron calls stating that I defaulted on a debt, and that the police are coming to arrest me.  Since I work for a collection agency, I know my rights under the FDCPA and I ask him to fax or mail me copies of the documentation.  Of course, he refuses to do so and continues to badger me.  He said that I would need an attorney to keep me out of jail.  It's all a scam and these types of scams are all over "Ripoff Report".

Received a call from individual identified as Officer Daily.  Advised I had a loan in December which in default. He then transferred me to his supervisor, who did not identify himself.  I was advised amount of 689.00. and was given a case file.  He advised an officer would be coming to my work with an arrest warrent.  He then asked if I'd like to avoid this and take care of this now.  When asked to send me information or give me til tomorrow to check out; he advised I needed to hurry to stop the arrest.  I hung-up on the individual.  The caller gave me all of my information, work address, social security number, and bank account information.  I have contacted bank, US Attorney's office.

Keep getting calls on my cell phone, but I blocked it out. I get several calls a day

My wife has gotten at least 1 call a day from this number for the last 3 days.  Interestingly enough, the first day it started, it started with 2 calls within 20 minutes of each other, then she got 9 more phone calls that day that all came up UNAVAILABLE.  The UNAVAILABLE calls started 30 minutes after the 2nd call from that number and were all within 20 minutes of each other.  The next day, we got a call from the 314-817-0429, then another UNAVAILABLE within an hour after that.  Whenever she would answer the phone, no one was there.

Got a call from this number, didn't recognize so I didn't answer and caller did not leave message. Ran a search on internet by typing just this number. Intersting to see all these people have recieved call from same person. WEIRD!!

I received a call from this number today... It was Job Interview (?) for German company to assist with shipping from American on-line shopping.

Michael Fischer called, saying he called from Germany.
But Caller ID showed 314-817-0429.

this number has called me several times in the past week!  i have ignored it on every occassion, but last night i received calls back to back in the middle of the night.  very annoying!

Who was the older man?  Do you have any other description?

NOTE: 314-817-0429 is based in Ladue, Missouri

314-817-0429 called personal line, left no voice message, when I called the number back "no answer"... Interesting fact, the number wouldn't accept calls from a cell phone...

This number is owned by an "older" man who "picked up" the young girl I have living in my home.  He met her on a teenager chat site, and the talked for a couple of months (unknown to me until last week).  He had started requesting that they meet in person.  I consider him a pedophile...be warned if you have children in the home!
