I keep geting calls from 425-354-1564 and 425-354-1552 most of the time there is no one on the other end.

Got calls at work from this number yesterday and today, both around the same time in the afternoon.  Hangs up after I answer.

I have gotten several calls from this number no one leaves a message and they dont let it ring long enough for me to answer it.

Continuous calls, many times in a day.  The first time I answered they asked for a certain girl, I could not understand the name and when I asked again the man was rude and said never mind.  Today I received another call for the same person, I told them they had the wrong number and never to call my house again.  We'll see what happens.

I have been getting these calls at my home for weeks now. Sometimes they call every 1/2 hr. all evening. They say they are looking for my daughter who does not live here and hasn't for a long time. Usually they hang up as soon as I tell them I'm not her. One time they said it was about a credit card. They called today and I told them they had been reported and to not call here any more. Who are these people? I spoke to my daughter about this and she said she doesn't know why they are calling. Can anyone relate? Charlotte Antonic 7/15/2008

Called.  I did not answer, they did not leave voice mail.  Got number from caller Id.

What a crock of s*** NuNu.  I don't care if I owe $1,000,000 (I don't, by the way).  Calling me and hanging up is not an effective way to get paid.  this number calls at least 3 times a day and I have never been able to actually talk to a person.  This is a stupid way to run a business.

I received several calls from this number today all within 1 1/2 hours...the person said her name was Chelsea and three other guys called from this number.  They are rude and unprofessional and annoying.

If the company is RPM they are a collection agency that collects for embarq and HSBC along with others I am sure.

This number calls the security office I work in at least twice a day and every time I answer whoever is on the other end hangs up. This has been a daily problem for the last month.

Do you also believe in the Tooth Fairy and Santa?  The do not call is a joke and telemarketers know it.  They never investigate nor prosecute anyone.  You waste time filing a complaint as they will NEVER contact you regarding your complaint.

Well we are having the same issues with this number calling my boyfriends phone... first it started with when you answered it asked for a guy named Matthew S___ (not sure of what last name they are saying) now it just calls and rings once. Well after reading here and then doing more research I found this number 888-838-5123 to call which is RPM, the man, who actually seemed to be rather nice, asked for our number and then asked if we were that man after telling him no he promised to take the number off their list which would go into effect in 24 hours... sooo guess we will just have to wait and see now... just sick of getting the calls.

BTW.. this was also on the site where I got the 888 number... this is one of their employees responding to complaints of the calls..

In defense of RPM, they run off an automatic dialing system, which may or may not be the best way to contact people. If the system doesnt hear a response within two seconds it disconnects the call.

As far as the original creditor saying that you dont have a debt, it's because they sold it long again to a debt buying agency, who then contracted RPM to collect on their behalf. That's why they say you dont have an account and that they dont use RPM for collections.

According to the FDCPA, collection agencies are allowed to call 6 times an HOUR until contact is made with the person they are calling for. This doesn't mean that RPM calls six times an hour, but that is the law. As far as cursing on the phones, the calls are monitered and/or recording so this has to be an exagerration. Working out payment plans are not RPM's choice, we have strict guidelines set by our clients that RPM HAS to follow. RPM does not choose to call you four times a day, like I said above it's set on an automatic dialer.

But in the end it all comes down to this: If you had paid your bill or at least tried to work out a payment plan when it was due, you wouldn't be getting calls from RPM to begin with. So really you have noone to blame but yourself.

I've also been getting up to ten calls a day from this company, no one ever is there when I pick up.  I did just now register my phone number with the national do not call registry, and they have a link on their site to report calls, and Im going to report them and I suggest the rest of you do as well:

To many calls to many hours of the day usually morning and evening I have not taken steps to see and verify if it is an actual number but it is good to see there is information available. Makes you wonder sometimes, hard to say what it is exactly.

it calls 3 times a day at 11am, 3pm & 5:13pm

I have been getting calls for  months from this number.Avoiding it for a while thinking maybe they were calling or a bill my daughter had. Then I got fed up and decided to answer. Rings only twice, when I answe no one there, they leave no message. Happens 4-6 times a day, wish I had a record of the number of alls whibh I am going to try to get now for all incoming calls. I just called Fair Point and hey called the number and said something about MCI, she tried to call them back and could obly get a busy signal. She told me to call the police station and onform them of these calls and the next time they call to #67 and then call the unlawful call control at 8005155507. If I find out you can bet they will be sued so everyone keep in mind in case of a class action suit. I cant get through to them on the house phone or cell phone and I am on the do not call list.I just reported to Federal Trade Commission also. I am so sick of this, they are driving me crazy as well. Any info appreciated.

I get about 3 calls a day from these people. When I answer the call gets disconnected. However my girlfriend answered one time and actually got a live person. They wouldnt speak to her but they got a number for me to call back on. I spoke with them and they said they were trying to collect a debt from 1 of 4 companies but couldnt give me any details. I told them I was not prepared to do anything over the phone and asked if they would send me something in the mail. They reluctantly said that they would see what they could do about it. I asked them to stop calling and stated that I was on a do not call list, they said they dont have to honor that. This was yesterday and since they have called me 3 times.

Called and asked for a Deloris Williams.  That person does not live here.  Asked them to take us off the list.

Actually, I called back, told them to stop hasseling my daughter who had answered the first time.  They said they were RPM and refused to answer any other questions.... if they are legit, why don't they own up to who they are and why they are calling????

If you google your phone number with area code first then your info comes up.  You can removed it.  Just hit the remove button.

They are another collection agency. You may or may not owe anybody, but the may have bought an old note that may even be paid off. I don't think you can block a collector. A lot of people pay them, even when they don't owe anybody, just to get these creeps off their back. I like to mess with them since I have nothing better to do. I tell them to call as often as possible.
Find out who they want to talk to and pretend to be that person. Usually, I like to record the calls but I misplaced my Radio Shack phone tap.

just got some helpful info that I thought I'd share, I just went on www.donotcall.gov and you can actually file a complaint there if you are receiving calls from this stupid 425-354-1564 and they'll handle it! I gave it a shot. As long as you are on the "do not call" registery for a min. of 31 days you can do this!! We'll see if it stops?!?!

I'm getting this number at least 3-4 times a day now too?!?!  what in the world is this ???  wonder what we can do to STOP this from happening anymore - they are driving me CRAZY calling all the time! what are you guys doing to make them stop?? I'm open to any suggestions???

i am currently stationed in japan.  I have been recieving calls from the same company on my vonage phone. because of the time difference they usually call around 2am my time.  Like everyone else, this company calls but no one seems to be on the other end.  These people should be arrested for horrassment
