Just Got a call from him (5-4-13) and he claimed I filled out on online survey I went off on him and he hung up immediately

They called but I never answer numbers that I do not recognize. I noticed they didn't leave a message, so I came here to look them up.
I got a few people calling who hang up as soon as you answer. I think they are with crooked companies that pay them ten cent per phone call made, provided you answer the phone.
They don't try to push their hustle, they just hang up and take the ten cents.

Just received a call for a job search 'survey'. I had to ask 2 times what the survey was and how they got my number before they hung up.
