Called this afternoon wishing to speak with my husband, who was not at home at the time.  The man on the phone seemed to be a bit of a smart aleck, and when I asked what CPS was, he replied somewhat sarcastically that CPS was the name of the company (nooo kidding, right?).  Went on to say they are Consumers Periodical Service out of St. Louis.  Wanted to speak with me, but honestly didn't have the time because I was trying to put my kids down for a nap.  I didn't even get to fully explain that bit, because he hung up on me midsentence.  No idea what this company is about, but a google search came up with the following, per http://www.manta.com/c/mm2j84v/consumers-periodical-service-of-st-louis-inc
