I have received calls at all hours of the day and night from this #. Someone is trying to send a Fax to our phone which does not have a fax connected to it. Can anyone help to stop these calls?

This number is from Anthem Health Insurance company (aka Blue Cross, Blue Shield), with offices in St. Louis, MO. Probably legitimate calls regarding claims, etc. So maybe you should answer as your life may depend upon it.
