Getting call from  a Jason Stevens at house and a work telling me there going to serve me papers for something in 2009 has been harasing my mom and my co-workers and I don't know what do to I need help please.

Got a call from Jake Smith, saying he was from a "private carrier service" saying he had some papers that he could not tell me where they were from because they were sealed. and he would come to my home and place of employment to service this if I didn't call 507-263-1702, and talk to them. WTF???????

Got 2 calls from a "Michael" @ Private Courier Services (507) 263-1700
and threatened to come on to my property and have me sign some "Avidavit of Service"
as I was being sued thru the County for some personal debt at some Ready Cash Services
or some other named Quick Cash (???) Called the number and their was some dope whom
realized (hahaha) I hadnt been served yet and tried to work it out on some Resoloution Service.
Needless to say.....I quickly said...."FORGET ABOUT IT" and hung the phone down.

EPIC FAIL-  You are not fooling anyone acting like a victim when in fact YOU are the scammer trying to scare people into paying debts that they do not owe.  FAIL

These people called me. Left Msg they are a private courier service and were going to serve legal papers om my son. Person's name is Jacob Smith. I'm sure that's not his real name. Gave phone # 507-216-6612. Even gave claim #  they also called my sons cell # and said they had gotten his address from the postal service and would be in his area next day to serve papers and he must have his identification.   They did not come. Called him again and said something cam up and the would come Saturday.  Man is very intimidating.  This call came from Rochester MN. We live in NC!  Called postal service and they do not give peoples addresses.

I ran a check on Lisa Arnold on the National Association for Process servers. She is not a member. If you are served any paperwork from the court, always check the number at the top because the issueing state will assign a cause number. In the state of Texas is often C1CR or D1DC or D1FM. Contact the Court clerks or Court administrations and make sure to give them that number. Have them run checks, if it's a legit case, it's not a scam. If its not, ignore it and contact the FBI and the FTC.

lisa arnold showed up at my job to serve me with court docs, turns out that its legit!!!! cant believe how rude she was and the fact that i wasnt even givin the ability to resolve this voluntarily!!! omg i work in a public school, do these people have no mercy

These people have been calling my work and friends sayng that they have legal documents and for me to call the 8556688290 # which like an idiot I called and left my number before I read these posts...anyone have any suggestions on how to get them to stop?

Got an early morning wake up call morning of march 7th. They were looking for someone else but also asked for me. Claimed to be with the sheriffs dept, in Fond Du lac county Wisconsin, I live in Montana.
They insisted that the person they were looking for was staying with me, never has never will!!!. Claimed all he needed to do was sign some legal papers. I have been in contact with the REAL sheriff's office in Fond du lac county Wis. Gave them all the info. They thanked me and assured me they would be dealing with this. They are NOT impressed with these people!!!

It is illegal for collection agencies to mis represent themselves. It is also illegal for ANYONE to claim they are members of law enforcement when they are not.

You obviously must work for these scammers. Talk about loser. I'd rather work with sewer rats, than be associated with a company such as yours.

Received a call yesterday and today about my husband at his place of employment saying it is a private courier trying to serve paper. Has anyone ever got served?

I received a call today from Private Courier Services stating they had some legal documents for me to go to court, did not leave details of what it was regarding. I got a message from my co-worker that they called my place of employment, exploiting the information and threatening to come to my work tomorrow. Then I get a call from a family member that they told her all of the same information. The person even told my mother they have already sold my account to someone else. So why are you still calling? I personally have dealt with shady "collectors" I am assuming since they said it was a "check" and the last one I did speak with got caught up trying to scam me on the phone and the original company that was paid in full was on 3 way and heard everything. I don't buy it and really do not appreciate threatening phone calls to myself and my family.

I received a call today, harrassing me, they called my place of employment and my mother. Did they ever show up? I want to file a complaint but all I have is there phone number and it matches all of the complaints but do not want to file a complaint on a company that is not deserving. How do we find out if the company is the same?

I received a call from Ray Reed????? (didn't even leave the name of the company/office he works for).  Told me he had received legal paperwork in his office and a "request to serve to appear."  Has my name and social.  Said there is a pending civil suit filed against me and he has not received a "cease and desist" from the claimant.  He will be stopping by the property today, March 1, before 8:00 PM.  Final statement, "Miss -----, you have been notified -- good  luck."  Good luck?  For what?  This type of call seems to run hot and cold.  I will get no calls for a while and then it seems that the hounds of h*ll have been unleashed and my answering machine is filled with this nonsense.  When I first got the call, I was going to return the call but after reading all the comments here, and I thank you all for doing this, I decided nope, ain't gonna happen!!!  I, too, wish there was some way to get this kind of harassment stopped.  I will soon be 60, have chronic heart disease, and this type of call really upsets me.  He also said the number (855-668-8290) was for the claimant.

Not only did they NOT call me - NOR come to my house -they called my parents and threatened them  - PLUS - they told me when I called that they were tracking me as I speak and will come right then and there and take me to jail....I told them that I hope they were recording this conversation because I certainly was - and it is against my privacy to have anyone track me with out the proper consent or warrants.....It is Federal Restitution Service AND they go so far as to tell you that they have attorneys on hand that can assist you with your situation - I spoke to 4 people -....I knew from the start this was all scam scam scam scam - and extremely threatening .....

This number (sometimes they call from other numbers) has called my cell, my moms, my sister and brother who lives across the country from me. Chris Johnson called all of us stating that he was a process server and that I was being served with a law suit for a debt owed in 2008. They have also claimed to be a private investagating company. I asked for the name and phone number of the company and the principal amount of the debt. I have never had a loan for the amount and I could not verify any debt since he refused to give the the suing parties info. They are harassing my entire family!!!

Seems to me that you're just a disgruntled ex-employee that cant stand seeing your boss being young and successful !  You wouldn't be able to find these thing on public record so keep on being jealous and trying to dirty a legitimate companies name while you are probably sitting on your couch collecting unemployment out of everyones tax dollars. You are the one who should be ashamed and held liable for being a dirtbag !

Just a call from our friend Lisa Arnold threatening me with a subpoena because my sister is supposedly getting sued for Federal Restitution. I am in Texas by the way. Reported it to the Attorney General I suggest everyone who comes into contact with these people do the same. The woman I spoke with at the Attorney General's office said to make sure that no personal info is given out to these guys!!

They never called me I called them after they called friends family and people I barely know !!  Lisa Arnold same thing Monday I am going to be served etc., etc.,   I don't owe this company nor any of the companies they claim to be a dime, Checked my credit report as I have it flagged anyway due to past identity theft and I am good.  

How do we get them to stop calling others; I called them myself and spoke with them once I realized it was a scam I simply hung up but they called my mother again.  I reported to BBB (was transferred to BBB of New York where number is apparently registered) also the FTC and the States Atty's office in my state.  Lisa Arnold must live in every state in the US.  Told my mom the same thing I had to be home Monday to be served, yeah ok and two people were coming ......welcome come on over !!

I received a phone call from this company "Federal Restitution Services" in regarding a debt.  I informed them that they were the second collection agency that was calling and threating me, and trying to scared me about a  debt, that was already paid for in full.  I was about to send them old bank statements, and a letter in regards to the debt.  But after looking at reviews I am very hesitate to send any of my information.  What do I do?

These people have been harassing my sister also. Numerous calls to her. Saying there is a claim against us.....

creeps calling mine and my boyfriends family getting everyone upset about nothing had to call everyone and let them know about the scam we dont owe anyone anything we dont have credit cards and the only debt is our house and car. Seems to me there should be some justice for us in that these people get caught and prosecuted for the lies and such.

They called a friend of mine and told them they didnt have a number to contact me and to c all me about a lawsuit gave her the number 8556688290 A  Lisa Anorld or something called and spoke to a man saying I took out a pay day loan in 08 from Money and More really and then said I could pay them 948 now they will wave the court fees of 1200 but could only use a debt card or money card not my checking account ??

great i just got a call at 3pm today from them. now his name is travis hawk apparently stupid me kinda recalled the loan and gave him my wally world debit card info just got of the phone with card company had to cancel it and have new ones sent. I Hate debt collectors!!! I don't understand why they don't get in to trouble for using Federal in their name no company should be aloud to use it unless they are actually federal company.

received a call from an unknown number claiming to be a county process server looking for me. I've owned my property for 22yrs and have never owed anybody. In all my years I've never heard of a process server ever calling someone before they're served a summons for court. Whats even funnier he left a phone number to call there office and find out what the charges are and maybe work something out??? Researched this # 855-668-8290 and found it be listed to a scam company called federal restitution services, a collection agency owned by a loser anthony gerace. This company is all over the internet and uses several other names like AMG & Associates, FRS & Associates and Alliance Management.. I contacted the State Attorney General's office and found they are violating the law by using illegal tactics..  Its only a matter of time before there scam comes crumbling down on them. Just cant believe people actually resort to crap like this to collect money

I get calls from these jerks......left them my cell phone # and when they  call ill tell them that
my daughter is in Washington State and I will send them a check........Im good a playing the jerk also....

This number keeps calling for my son and the ladys name is  LISA ARNOLD or so she said and threatens me with being arrested and about a sheriff will be coming to my house and that she is a processing agent for Federal restitioun calling me a bi***  this women should be arresated and the company put out of business.
