I suspect from the noise in the background that they are a boiler-room telemarketing company.  

They call over and over and over again and refuse to take requests to be put on their "Do Not Call" list.  This is not a surprise as I am on the federal Do Not Call" list and they called anyway.  

By the way, when is the FTC going to start enforcement actions against companies that violate the law about unwanted calls.

They called and said to shut the F%ck up... nice... real nice!!

Received a message, repeatedly stated hello and my name.  On do not call registry and do not know anyone in syracuse scared my sons due to length of person saying hello, hello and my name repeatedly. who would be calling me.

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago. The lady told me my phone number was picked as a winner of a bahama 7 day vacation, $2500 cash or apple ipad. Yeah right lol. I just sat there & listened while she wasted her breath then she started asking me questions about mine & my husbands work & our ages. She started laughing then said she would call back later. I laughed right back, called her a c*** & hung up.

ROBODIALER TELEMARKETER... dead air when I answered. I reported them to the FCC and FEDERAL DO NOT CALL SITE for violations... hope they get fined $100,000!

Got a call from this number aprox. 6pm on a Saturday.  Name unknown.  No message.  Suspected telemarketer.

just received call from 315-207-3373 and the caller ID read V71012352300115.  When I answered there was dead silence.

will not answer calls at all  have a list of 103  when is this going to stop

Phone rang at abut 11:32 this morning. Didnt answer phone. Dont recognize number and dont no anyone in New York.

this is getting as bad anymore with unwanted callers, even though I have been on the do not call list for 3 yrs, and am still valid. left no message and I thought it is one of my blocked numbers.  well just like the television volume fiasco, commercials are still coming in at almost 2 times the set level

Got a call from there today and claimed we won something. I just hung up on them. Sounds like a scam to me.

This must be a telemarketer.  I sounded confused, because I did not know her and tried to ask who she was with.  Her first statement was to tell me to calm down.  WOW  Then she said she wasn't selling anything but wanted to know if I was doing any home improvements or remodeling.  I said no and hung up.

They call and won't say anything. My number is a business phone....who knows what idiots these are.

Just got the call few minutes ago,person and or subject stated he represented a med alert company ,he did not mention which one nor did I give him time to ask any further question . I was rude and terminated the call.

Trying to sell personal home improvement. Told the to take me off there list and warned them and then hung up.

IDIOTS!     They have called multiple times and just hang up!!!!!!!!!!!!

Picked up the phone, it said "Hi this is a brief consumer survey...." That was enough info, so I hung up.

called Jan 3 at 4:40pm CST.  unknown name.  no response when I answered.  this is the first of similar calls I've received, each from a different area code and number.

These are telemarketers for Private Alert system (the "I've fallen and can't get up" type system). They got my name but didn't know anything else about me, my medical condition or whether I even needed such a system (I don't).

call no ID, no one on line. suspect telemarketing

Received a call from this number without caller ID around 8:30 AM. Didn't answer it. No message was left for me.

I have gotten 6 calls from this # in less than 2 hours. No one ever speaks. I have blocked it.

I did not recognize the number that called my mobile phone, so I didn't answer.

Telemarketer for personal alert. They had my name, but no other knowledge about whether I had a medical condition or other need for their alarm.
