I have been recieving several calls from this company. They keep harrassing me and saying rude stuff and then they hang up. I am getting really tired of dealing with this. They have my bank info and my ssn i have called my bank everyday to make sure that nothing is being taken out of my account and they have not done that but i don't know what else to do. these people are getting out of control.

My sister has received these calls from this number and is now getting them where she works. She told them she was going to the police and they told her to shut up and told her not to say anything. She reported it to policewith first one and now they have her work number. She has never heard of this comp-any she supposedly owes.

These Arabian a***oles need to stop calling me... i have never applied for anything online...do not give them anymore information than they already have!!! This is a scam... Report this to you local police as soon as possible

This number keeps coming up on my phone every single day and when I aske them who the debt is owed to I keep being told that I will find out when I go to court.  They are EXTREMLY RUDE and speak in a foreign accent and I am having trouble understanding what they are saying.  I have never received the money that they say I applied for and don't know what else to do about it.  No reputable company would speak to a customer the way that these "con men" do because they screamed, yelled and kept repeating "do you know who you are talking to"?  These kind of under-handed tactics may work on some people but I am not paying one single solitary dime to anyone from this company.  The only thing that scares me is that they had my social security number, bank and phone number.

I, too, received several calls from this number. The person with whom I spoke told me that the State had filed a claim against me for a payday loan. They know the name of my bank, my ssn and e-mail address. When I asked for the name of the company, I was told that I will find out when I go to court. Then the person hung up on me. I agree that this is no legitimate collection agency. I do not have such a loan with any one. What concerns me the most is that they have enough information about me that I would consider identity theft.

That phone call I recieved, the person on the other end would not tell me what it was pertaining to. That tells me there is something fisshy about the phone call

I just got the same type of phone call. This is getting ridiculous. They really need to put a stop to this!!!!!!

They say that they are lawyers and that if I settle out of court with them that I owe them $1,085.00 all from a cash advance loan from Pay Day Max.com on the internet for $300.00 plus $57.85 in interest. This money was debited from my Bremer Bank checking on 11/03/2010. I called Pay Day Max.com Customer Service and they stated to me that $357.85 was debited from my checking account on 11/03/2010.  So who are these people?????   These supposed lawyers say that the money was never payed back when it already was.
