Got a phone call from this number.

And one more thing if you dont solve this issue right awa then throughout your life you will only take calls from these companies because Cash USA has forwarded your details to more than 150 offices...so njoy taking calls and writing your foolish comments here..........tc

I am representing Cash USA so if you people can call us a scam then why should we be so proffessional with you..we know how to procceed the things legally so would not require your advice ..so thank you for your precious comments...If you have taken the loan for your need ,its your job to return it back you poor frauders...instead of wasting your time writing bu*****ts here...

Really??   What happened to "innocent until PROVEN GUILTY"?   YOU cannot honestly think that just because you called a number you had "on file", you reached the correct party (or parties) relating to the "so called" debt (or can you)?  People change phone numbers.

In court, since you are taking the action, the onus is on YOU to prove this is the person that legally owes the debt, not on the person defending themselves against you.

I am sorry, but I think it is YOU that could "regret this".  As I have said before, I am not from the USA, so I cannot say how the laws work there (for certain), but I do believe that collection of debt monies is considered a "civil" matter, and not a "criminal" matter.  That said, civil matters do not "normally" qualify for "jail time".
IF you are actually from "Cash USA", I also doubt you would start your comment with "DUDE" if you were representing a "legitimate" business entity, as that is just poor business practice (and the legitimate company would object to you not sounding professional).

Would suggest everyone visit the following site, it is the link "dumbcashusa" is referencing in their above post:  http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx, I file a report to them everytime I get a call, hopefully they will be investigated shortly.

got the same scam call, reporting the number to the FBI internet fraud division, along with local police.....wish you luck Cash USA

I received the same message, but the foreigner said her name was Cathy Wilson. I called Advance America's Consumer Alert Line (888-310-4238) and the Federal Trade Commission (877-382-4357) and reported the number as a fraudulent call. I urge others to do the same.

you  have to pay your outstanding amount...or else you have to prove yourself in  the court,and if you loose to prove yourself then you will end up paying the heavy legal fine that is $5000 ..thats it!

Don't listen to these money stealing indians or goat herders as they like to be known as.  They can't take you to jail there is no court documents they are trying to scare you.  Go to you tube and look up payday loan scams.  I would also recomend buying a air horn when they give you a chance to talk blow the horn. That always pisses them off.  Do not agree to anything. They are thrives and let them know that.  U CAN NOT GO TO JAIL FOR NOT PAYING A PAYDAY OR ANY OTHER TYPE LOAN.

i got a call from a number 052-312-293 to my cell i ignored it. i have had no loans so i dont know who it is and they said her name was maria jones and for me or my attorney of record to call her back it is time sensitive if i dont return the call she wished me the best of luck. the call back number was 315-217-1893 THIS IS A SCAM BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER APPLIED FOR A LOAN

DOnt believe the Indian scammer or their American overlord above me.  They are just part of the scam.  They have infiltrated 800notes.com so now I keep a watch out for them.  This is a scam...a scam that will steal EVERYTHING from you...ID, bank account numbers, credit history, you name it.  DONT GIVE THEM ANYTHING...you have nothing to fear.  If you are still scared after reading this, google "Indian scam" and read the scripts of what is said to scare people...I bet it will be similar to yours.

This is regarding a pay day loan which you have taken from a website and never paid it back..now the company is sueing you..so to avoid any legal mess,contact the given number as soon as possible...or else you will be in trouble...i did the same thing

I rec'd a very weird voice message from 315-217-1893 from a lady named Maria Jones w/ Middle Eastern accent stating I needed to return phone immediately and do not disregard. If phone call was not returned she stated all she could do was wish me luck with what is about to unfold.
