Your callers are foreign extortionists hoping to scare people into paying bogus debts.  If you get any more emails, just delete them and block the calls (you can find lots of call blockers on Amazon for $60 or less).  You may be able to block them from your phone if it has that feature.

Debt is civil, not criminal, so your callers make those threats in the knowledge that many people will panic when they hear that they'll be "charged" with fraud, etc.  Do NOT pay them!  They can't do zip to you.

I have been receiving threatening emails from this person having this number I about a debt I supposedly have acquired threw this company by the name of ACS, at one point I responded to email and said I would take of my debt, but then when they asked me to purchase $300 money pack card and email them card number I became suspicious I started googling about this company everything I found about this was a scam. The emails just disappeared from my inbox after I received the email about money pack for about a week then I guess when they realized I didn't go threw with the request of money pack it appeared again and I started receiving threatening emails again, said I'm being blacklisted and I will be charged with three different charges, possibly up to two years in jail and enormous fine of up 2217.15 is the lawsuit against me tried calling the number 3152940190 no ring just straight voicemail box stating it is full at first there was number where it only had busy tone some number in Syracuse ( auburn ny)

You can't - just send them to your spam folder and delete.  Email is not a legal way of notifying people about alleged debts, nor is it the correct avenue to tell people they are being sued.  You can send the email to the FBI at their Internet Crime Complaint Center if you wish - www.ic3.gov.  Other than that, best thing to do is not to engage the scammers, just delete the email.
