We received this call and rang back. The 'man' said he was James Prescott. When I questioned him he got flustered and could not speak. I told him to not call the house again and that I would be reporting him to BBB and anyone else I could think of. He said he was going to disconnect the line. I said to have at it.
This is no doubt a scam. Please do not fall for it.

Got a call from this number and repeatedly told the idiot 3 times not to call my number again. He told me I was making a big mistake and wanted to know why. Told him if he called again I would report him to the FTC and he still would not shut up. He stated he was with Publishers Clearing House, but when I called the number back that is not how they answered. So I filed a complaint with the FTC.

Caller is definitely Phishing. This number called my fax number today (about 10 minutes ago). The number s/he called is a dedicated fax number that I pay $5 per month for, not an actual phone line that can be answered or where one can leave a message.

These caller are located in jamaica, please...please do not sent them any money. This is a scan they get someone in the US to get then a majic jack with a US phone number because they want you to think that they are calling from the US.

He wanted me to send $699.99 also. I told him I would have to get a ride from my neighbor, who was a sheriff to get a money order. He told me to call him when I left the house. I was suppose to send my money to Samuels Timouni in Bronx (which he misprounced) NY.

Said they were from fed. trade commission and I won a prize. And to call Mr. Prescott. And of course, I did not call.

I got a cal from this number say I won $950,000 and a red convertible Mercedes. All I had to do was pay $699.19 to get my prizes. As soon as I started asking questions, Mr. Tony Russel's tone chnaged and asked if i had had these calls before and wondered how much the previous callers had asked for....what??? really??? He then kept asking was I intrested in getting my prizes.....AH NO...stupid SOB.

Ditto to above comments. I never return these calls, esp when the caller mispronounces my name. Sheesh.

I keep getting phone calls stating I have won millions of dollars in some type of drawing. James Prescot presented himself as being with the Federal Treasury Dept. & stated all I needed to do was pay $695 to claim my winnings. He further stated that taxes had already been deducted so the remaining prize money was all mine to pay bills or whatever I chose to do with it. Upon googling the number, it appears this is a scam.

Requested a return call to determine what I had won.
