People........DON'T BE FOOLED! DO NOT ANSWER THESE BOGUS CALLS! They are scammers seeking your personal information using threats of illegal action against you so you can send them money. ALL LIES! The FBI knows exactly who these idiots are and are currently building a case against them. Just listen to the news in the coming weeks. The FBI is employing operative strategies to catch these people  who are using illegal tactics to solicit unwarranted monetary resolutions for debts you do not owe.

no scam. you can ask for the address. I guess they are affidavit processor who are between debtor and the company and helping us to rsolve it without goint to court house.

This person of non english speaking has called me 5 times today and left 3 voicemails and called my boss once and keeps telling me there is a lawsuit against my social security number and that he is calling from a lawyers office and threatening me- i have told him very forcefully to stop calling and am turning this over to my attorney .

Caller claime to be a law office and is going to take me to court for a payday loan.  This is a total scam!  I told him some very unsavory facts about his mother and family and he become very upset.  Just use *67 and the number when you call back and they can't track you.  You can really have some fun with these a-holes.
