How do I get him to STOP this harrassment? He calls my cell too!!

Hello! Read my post...(Nov 30th) how can we stop this guy??

This man, Tony Walker, has been calling my cell phone AND my place of employment SEVERAL times a day, EVERY day! I recognize the ph# & have someone else answer the phone! One time he called & left a mssg with me (for me-I told him "she" couldn't come to the phone!) Anyway, he called back almost immediately and immediately blurted out "what are you screening your phone calls for? you must be a very sad person who sits in their little house all day & is afraid of settling your affairs"!! SERIOUSLY??!! I told him he had NO right speaking to me this way when in deed he did not know WHO he was speaking to!! I told him to go "F" himself & hung up. Well, he must love pain, because he continously calls my place of employment, every day, several times a day! I had this happen from another similar type of call. He had me so upset by telling me I was going to jail & he would have the police at my house that night if I didn't immediately make a payment arrangement. I told my husband, he almost gave them his card#. Then I told him to hang up. They called back, I asked HIM for his SS# & bank card number...there was a moment of silence & he hung up...never called back again! Maybe I should do this to "Tony Walker"! "Mr Walker, if you are reading this...bring lot of vasolene... you'll need it!

Total scam!! I can't even express how angery I am!! I on a hunt and will be letting others know of this scam! thoughs of you who have already posted. The first time I called it say the number was no longer in service and when I called again it when to a voice mail. which I unleased my myself and I dared him to call again and I will be calling the police and file a formal complaint against tis person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He just opened up a big can of WHOOP A**!!!!!!!

they always call and when we pick up no one is ever there.

  Next time Tony calls your dad's number tell him to pick up the phone, blow a LOUD horn into the mouthpiece and then hang up.  Hopefully this will render Mr. Walker retarded and put an end to his harassing behaviors.

  I received a call from this number yesterday looking for a relative.  I typically do not give out any information to random callers without inquiring as to specific details.  He identified himself as Tony Walker and left a call back number of (315) 410-2074.  He told me the call was regarding a civil suit against my family member.  I told him I would deliver the message.   I immediately called my husband and he informed me he had just received a call from Tony Walker telling him the same thing.  When I came home from work there was a call on my answering machine from this guy.  He went into more detail in this message which I found odd since he had no idea what relationship we were to the person he was seeking (or so I would think).  I guess since I am in the healthcare field I am not used to people freely giving out information over the phone.  Today, my husband confirmed this guy is a scam artist.  After some research I discovered he is associated with RJA Capital Inc. and he, along with several of his colleagues from similar telephone numbers, have been setting up payment plans with unsuspecting folks for numerous reasons (bad checks, outstanding credit card payments, etc.).  This type of behavior is absolutely despicable.  The part that frightens me is how this guy obtained our telephone numbers (cell and unlisted land line) so easily.  He did, however, sound very professional in comparison to what I have been reading about his "colleagues".  Still, I hope more people see these posts before falling prey to these schemes.

This number keeps calling my parents house looking for someone who does not live there. My dad tells them that the person is not there and hangs up. The person at this number keeps calling. Today he called 3 times in a row my father kept telling him that the person did not live there and hung up on the 3rd call he asked my dad if he was retarded. I am very sure this is not a professional company!

We are also getting calls from this number.  I agree with the above info from Lee.  Sad world we live in!  Are local police there is little that can be done and believe it is a scam as well.  They called the number and it went to voice mail.

This number and about 7 other numbers that are linked to this number called my cell phone all day and my job they told me i was being sued if i didn't set up payment with them i would end up being served and going to jail. This company they called them selves was RJA capitol inc. The first guys name was Tony walker and the other guys name was Michael ,i don't remember his name. I was scared at first then after giving info to make 4 payments so i wouldn't go to court or jail. It dawned on me to google this company....they knew all my ifo..... Address employer my old banking accounts..... They are liars and thieves. Today i went to file a police report and talk to an attorney! Don't be scammed...... I almost was!
