My daughter and I have been receiving these calls for about five years now.  Every once in a while they use different names, different company names, but it's all the same scam of trying to "collect" a debt for a pay day loan, which by the way, my daughter never had.  We called the pay day advance company they say they represent and verified that, in fact, there was never given a loan to her.  So never mind the truth, they just keep calling and threatening everything from garnishing bank account to having her arrested and hauled away in handcuffs at her job.  One even posed as a Sheriff saying she was coming over to arrest her.  So they've stepped way over the line of the Fair Debt Collections Act, and again, never mind that the debt is not owed.  So they now say there was fraud in her bank account.  What next?  We filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, but nothing seemed to happen there.   HOW DO WE STOP THESE HARRASSING CALLS???  They are not debt collectors, they are scam artists.

Yet another pathetic attempt to get your bank/credit card info. Really getting really tired of all the scam calls. Will call from spoofed numbers from different area codes.

This number and (214)-919-4135 are calling friends, relatives and my cell phone leaving nasty messages and giving information that should not be discussed with anyone but myself.  My friends and family have told them to stop calling and one guy told my sister that he could not remove her number off of their list.  They say they are "private investigators".....lol.  What will debt collectors think of next?  They threaten to have a summons sent to your work and home and when you ask them to do so they swear at you and start screaming at you in the phone.  I don't know who these jokes are, but they are treading thin ice with the law.  Has anyone else received calls from (315) 410-8424/8425 and (214) 919-4135?

left message that said that I have fraud activity on my checking accounts. One I don't have a checking account. Two How do they get our number??

Rec'd call yesterday & today on my cell phone from this #.  Recorded msg about an important matter they would like to discuss with me.  Left callback# of 888-460-4211.

Keep getting calls on my cell phone for a man I never heard of.  When I called back to tell them to stop calling they hung up on me without getting either the phone number or the name of the person they are trying to reach.
