Once again..same type of call you all have reported.recieved today...now they are using VOIP!! These people need to be stopped...the number showed as 415-200-0077.

I have received several phones calls from 315-410-9704. this individual left a message and states that his name Brian *** with the law offices of Hogan & Weinburg....I don't know if your are aware that there has been a formal complaints that has been filed by this office regarding some allegations that were presented by their client.  Issued a case #. in *** County.  First I did some research this number is a telemarketing number from a debt collecter of Hogan & Weinstein....not the company he mentioned.  Then started get other calls that were block and talked to the individual who gave me a number to call of 855-773-1314...this number too is from a telemarketer.  I am reporting this to the FTC ($16,000 fine to this company for violation of DO NOT CALL LIST of which my number is registered).  If this was a ligitimate summons to appear in court, I believe a duly authorized court server/policeman could find me.

Vmail left from a Janelle Harris calling from "CRA & Associates" regarding 2 civil complaints along w/a check fraud claim currently attached to my name and SSN, client has this matter set and ready to file against me. Before they file this, they requested they try and contact me first to see if i want to resolve this matter out of court/voluntarily. If the client does not hear back from me they will assume ive waived my rights and will have me served, once served they can no longer assist me. 518-288-2922 WTH???!?!? This is another scam..

I have received several messages from HW Capital and Associates at 315-410-9704, two that were recordings and one from Jason Stone. I have one of those pay-as-you-go-phones and am trying to save the minutes for emergencies and job interviews (I'm unemployed).  I was looking up their website to send them my financial information when I found this site. I do have bad credit because of unemployment and two years when I was living in a motel room for lack of a real home. I want to pay back my legitimate debts as best as possible, but I just want to confirm that this IS a scam.   Thanks for the help.

Jason Stone has been exeptionally busy indeed... he called and left a message saying I've been ignoring his calls and ignoring packages that have been left at my place of residence...never received ANYTHING at my place of residence...NADA! nothing in writing detailing what this is about....probably a junk debt collector who has gotten info for some old debt back in college I had.

LOL. PLEASE CURSE THEM OUT. THEY DERSERVE IT...THEY ARE FRAUDS!

I received a call yesterday from 855-788-3761 and Jason from HW Capital left a v/m stating that he was calling about a legal care claim. He said he needed my statment in the matter. He did not reference who he was calling just said they had been calling me and I did not reply and also that he sent documents to my home. he left the call back # of 315-410-9704. I tried to call the phone# back and it ring and ring and then says the v/m is full. what company has a full v/m and on top of that u hit zero for the operator and it says it is going to transfer and hangs up. I dont have anything on my record so I know this is a scam.

Jason Stone has been a busy boy.  Left a message at my house today.  If the company he says he is with, HW & Associates, is a legitimate debt collection agency, I sure can't find anything about them when I do a search.  I've received several calls from them recently but they never ask for anyone by name.  And I haven't received any correspondence from them either, as he claims.  They can't be looking for me because I don't have any debts.

I also received a voice mail from Jason Stone with HW Capital & Associates today.  This collection agency has left several messages over the past month although they don?t ask for anyone in particular.  (I?ve had collection agencies calling my number for YEARS looking for people who share my last name, & the first initial of their first name is usually the same as mine.  Why this continues is beyond me.)   The message Mr. Stone left stated they had been sending correspondence as well, but I haven?t received anything from them in the mail.  No telling where it?s being sent to, if it?s even being sent at all.  I also checked my credit report & what few credit accounts I have or have had are all in good standing.  I will not call these ?clowns? (good word) back.  Doesn?t seem to do any good anyway - I?ll just have another batch of collectors calling several months from now looking for someone else.  I know I could always change my phone number but for now I just let ?em call.  Plus it?s rare that I read someone had a good experience when dealing with collectors & Mr. Stone doesn?t seem to be an exception.  RIP Bud Hibbs.

I agree this must be some kind of scam - I got the exact same message.  Nothing has been sent to my home at all.

I just got off the phone with these clowns.  I received the recording similar to those above stating I had a court something or other and to press 5.  I was connected to someone who couldn't find me by the number they called me at.  Gave them my name and was put on hold for a Mr. Jason Stone.  Mr. Stone informed me that he was attempting to collect a judgment from me.  I informed him I was looking at my credit report and there wasn't a judgement on it.  He then quickly changed it to they would file a judgement.  I asked for the account information which he gave to me.  At which point I corrected him and said he could only file a suit that a judge would have to find in his favor.  Then I pointed out that the statue of limitations is expired for court on this which he also lied about.  At that point he began insulting me for not paying bills and hung up on me.  So I called him back to make sure they had my correct address for any correspondence he wished to send.  He proceeded to tell me he didn't need it because he could get all of it and decided to show me how good he was...by giving me an address I hadn't lived at in almost 5 years.  When I told him it wasn't the correct address and offered to give him the correct address he told me he didn't want it and that it was now a personal vendetta and encouraged me to have my lawyer contact his office and then hung up on me again.

I got a call a year or so ago, and they told me that I owed money. They seemed to hesitate when I asked what they were talking about. There is a certain term that they used instead of "payday" loan and they were rude and were very condescending. I had to let them know that they were not talking to an uneducated individual. Well anyway, I never had a payday loan....I have not worked in years, so if they gave a loan to an unemployed person, that was their mistake. I honestly did NOT get a loan, but if you ask them, they will swear on their lives that you did! I told them I was going to get my lawyer and I have not received any more calls until one today from (315) 410-9704 I told them that they had the wrong number and that I did not know the person they were looking for...smh...now if they call me back, I am going to curse somebody a** out!!

any compnay that leaves a message that you will get a court summons I take that a threating phone call when i called them back and asked them who they were they would not tell me who they were or what kind company they are and wanted my info  then call was ended and will never responed to agin legal friends tell that this scam to get info  professional company do do bussines that way .I will not be bullied by any one

Got a call from 315- 410 -9704    recording on someone trying to contact me about a court summons , did not say who or what company .. spam ..

We have also checked our credit report and there is nothing on there that is anything remotrly like what they are saying. Also Im pretty sure we would remember taking out an online payday loan!

I just received a call from Jason Stone at 716-332-1646, but asked that I call back at 315-410-9704 to handle this matter voluntarily. On the voicemail left he was saying that I have ignored their calls and letters to my residence in attempt to contact me about this matter .... blah blah blah. I have never received a call or letters in the mail! Considering he never stated my name, and the fact that I have nothing that is owed to anyone, I'd say this is some type of scam!

I have been receiving phone calls daily and received one today from Jason Stone that correspondence to residence and phone calls ignored. Yes to phone calls but never received anything at residence.

Called me again this afternoon. Left a different name than before (HW Capital) for those preaching they could be real I advise to check your credit report. These people are no where on mine. Always verify with the ORIGINAL creditor before blindly paying something. And of course they aren't calling anymore because they already got what they wanted from you. And also just an FYI never pay anyone without verifying with your credit report first.

well i was called and called and called i got to the point I just called back and YES I did owe this it was a thing that I looked over..... I checked into it and true I did owe this. I pd it and they have not called me anymore. they sent me a letter and it's clear. It was even on my credit report so yea they are not a scam and i'm not taking to take up for them but I had no problem with them and the lady that I spoke with Ms. Jessica she was so nice to me...BUT it's another lady who is so rude if I could have jumped through the phone and hit her I would have.... BUT guys you should really check and see if it something that you may owe.........
