Just got a call from this number. After reading Rick's post above, I laughed because the 315 area code doesn't exist here. However, I recieved a call from this number today, and it came back on the caller ID as a number in New York stating the same thing. That I had overdue library books that needed returning.

Got a call from this number today, it was the St Petersburg, FL public library letting me know I had materials on hold at a particular branch.

Noticed that this number I did not know had called.
Did not know where area code was, so I googled it and found
this site. There was no message or anything
