I finally got rid of them after getting really nasty with them and telling them that there call was being recorded and handed over to my boss the attorney general of the state of ny. Never heard from them again.

They are in what used to be known as Ponderosa Plaza in Mattydale. There used to be a Ponderosa Steakhouse there, a long time ago. And a bar called the Peppermill.

They are a phone andletter shop, so they tend to be edgy. If you have a bad experience, you mayhave recourse under the Fair Debt Collection Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Claims to be medical collections, but I believe they are hackers.  They have changed their phoe numbers often.  I don't answer phone.

I do not owe this company any money....sure would appreciate it if they would STOP calling!

They call a couple of times a day. Leave a vague message not giving any clue as to who they are or what they want. The only reason I know it was them was caller ID identified them.

Get calls all the time including Sundays asking for Noel have no idea no answer when picked up. Will be reporting it

Phil Bova that owns this company (not been in busines for 60 some years) is young punk that thinks he's got this business in the bag! What he's doing IS illegal! Been harrassing me with his new auto dailer! One message will be a recorded guy, and the other is a english sounding lady "calling in regards to business you are currently conducting" . . . I'm NOT CONDUCTING ANY BUSINESS WITH SIMONS AGENCY, they have a "bill" of my ex's and blowing MY phone up ~ then to go as far as to call me a LIAR when I tell them I have no contact with him!!! I may have to walk right into that office and deal with this FACE TO FACE!

yeah now they are listing themselves as A-Medical Escort on their caller ID. I called the number back because they didn't leave a message and I had some concern that a relative might have needed some help. Well lo and behold, it's Simon's, who have called this number many times in the past for shoddy dental 'treatment' that cost me two wisdom teeth and years of pain, debts my insurance company wouldn't pay and I REFUSE to honor. In any case, how is it legal that they can hide under another name like this?????/

I have a small outstanding balance with Simon's Agency. I called last week and paid a $25 copay that I knew I owed on my sons medical bill. Well after I paid the $25 , the rep said you still have balance of $100.00. I said from what...she advised from North Medical Center. I asked from when and what for, she couldn't give me any information so I said I am not paying the $100 until I know what and when this was for. She advised, she would send me a statement. On 12/9/11 I recevied a letter from this agency with the $100 balance and the ledger attached from North Medical from a medical bill Feb 1996!!! I called them right up and said how can you collect on a $100 medical bill from over 15 years ago?? I also advised them I knew my rights as a consumer and this debt was way past the statute of limitations! They did advise they where going to close the account, but I am considering discussing this with an attorney, because if I did not know my rights, I would of paid this and not to mention how many other people are they doing this to that don't know their rights???? Trying to collect on debts from over 10 years ago. I also called Federal Trade Commision at 1-877-382-4357 and filed a complaint, and they did advise me it is a violation of  the 3rd debt collection practices. So anyone reading this, please file a complaint!

These jerks called me, and got mad when they could not tell me what bill at North Medical they were trying to collect on!  I have not used any physicians at North Medical for over a decade.  After a written request, I found out they are trying to collect on a bill from over 14 years ago that should have been covered by my automobile insurance at the time (PIP).  They had 2 years to file that claim with the auto insurance (and I don't recall who it was)....  Plus NYS has a statute of limitations that they have gone long beyond.... Not to mention, no bill or collection notice has been received on this for over 10 years.... I would have noticed!

Someone from this number calls me twice a day and never leaves a message. I believe its just people with nothing better to do than just waste our time.

Been getting these calls twice a day for the last month. I never answer a call from a number not in my contacts and they leave no message. Thanks for the heads up on this I know to block this now. Have no idea what they could possibly think I owe a debt on, and I don't care.

someone calls looking for a Keith Phillip.  It is a recorded call that ask for a number , 1,2 or 3, depending on whether it is Keith Phillips.  A.  response of 3, ask if more time is needed to locate Keith Phillips or if Keith Phillips doesn't live here.  This same call was received within the last two weeks.  Calls for Keith Phillips have been received for over ten years. He has never lived here since this was a new house and has had only one phone number since it was built..

As with the rest of responses, These people are jerks. They have something that was taken care of in my divorce 13 years ago. Paid in full and settled. They wont listen. Just ignoring their calls now. Would love to find out how they got my cell number.......

I do not have a home phone but a land line that shows on my tv when it rings. So I wrote down the number and called back. what an a-hole, would not tell me what they do or anything...i have no debt.

My Daughter used my number  with these land sharks, she dont even live in the same state as me, yet they call me In Tennessee , then ask me what is her number, i told them when she does call me...she uses a restricted number and i dont even have it myself, and i stated 5 times THIS IS NOT HER NUMBER NOR HER CONTACT NUMBER!! THE GUY WAS RUDE AND A TOTAL A** HOLE, AND I STATED ALSO I AM ON A NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST. HE LAUGHED AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD KEEP CALLING ME UNTIL I GIVE THEM HER INFO! Info that i don;t even have! Now i have to pay my cell company to change my number because of these a***oles!

For a full year they have been calling my cell for someone I have never heard of. I cannot help it I have a recycled Verizon phone number. Today I phoned and got a man who answered the phone Simons so I found out the source of the calls. I politely explained I have a recycled phone number and that the robo calls MUST STOP. He said he would manually remove my number. I hope he does. Good luck.

I have been getting harrassing phone calls twice per day, seven days week, including Sat, Sun and Holidays for months. It is not my debt, and they have been told one hundred times over three months. It is a debt my wife owes, with much added interest. They are sarcastic, nasty, insistant and wise-a***s. They are the Simons Collection Agency out of Syracuse New York. 315 701 0858  also: 315 454 8688  and 315 454-8833. Must be a three person operation, penny-on-the dollar losers working out of a garage. I blocked 3 or 4 numbers of theirs, but they now use un-listed #'s or 000-000-0000.They are listed all over the internet with 100's of complaints against thess bottom-feeders, and are getting away with it. Where the is the government? Feds and State? Do Not Call List those not work.State Attorney Generals are too busy.
The woman is a wise-a** and the guy a nasty punk. I told them it was long past harrassment. I do not owe them a penny. My name is NOT on those papers, and the number you have is a  Plumbing Service. They claim my wife gave them this #, and I told them 50 times, its not her number and cannnot reach her here. "Is She your wife?" "Are you sepearted or deviced?"" Does she live there or work there?" I've told them 50 times, it is none of your damn business! I'm not her! Stop the calls!  I've been blasting them with noise in the phone, and the calls slow down.. I'm tempted to drive the 30 miles South and punch their friggin lites out. This is their M.O., aggravate and irrate until they get a reaction. I've hired a law firm who deal with these type of low-life. BTW If any low life collectors read this or others, do not anewer with Pay your Bills" This is not my friggin bill idiots!
