I called Upstate's general number today 315 464-5540 and requested they stop these calls. The girl, at first said she had no idea what fax was calling me or how they could stop it. I told her I would file a nuisance report and post their emergency number in this forum if she could not get them to stop. (it is answered 24 hours a day) She agreed to forward my name and number to the IT dept. Have had five calls since then. I will wait to post the number here....... oh just got another call from their fax, as I was typing. I am fed up with this. Hope it ends soon!

It's a dermatology office I have received a phone call to confirm an appointment for a guy whom never updated his contract number.

number keeps calling asking for unknown person and no callback number. listed number goes back to upstate hospital @ maria pembrook. also at upstate...hmmmmmmmmmm scam

Got calls on my work phone from this number.. a Saturday at a little past midnight. No message left- very odd and slightly frightening to see missed calls from a hospital...

Got a few calls from this number. The first time a lady answered in a strange voice and said "wrong number". After that they called back twice and said nothing. Then a 3rd time when my husband answered the person  said they had been receiving calls from my number. Of course that was a lie because I never called that number

This is a generic number that is used by Upstate medical center to let you know about doctor's appointments.  It doesn't always leave a message, somtimes the recorded message just tries again later.

Sounds like it should be reported to your local law enforcement team.

3:52 pm. Just got a call from this # - a guy who left a message in an "erie" voice and said: "F****ng bi***... you fiery f****ng bi***.... fire for yoouuu"

Trying to sound like a Mexican accent (real or false I do not know)

This is second time I received a call to this effect including 'fire for you'

3:52 pm   Some guy just called AND LEFT A MESSAGE in an "eerie"  voice saying "f****ng bi***....you fiery f****ng bi*** ....fire for youuuuu!".  
I got a call just like this about a year ago talking about fire but that time it came in 'unkown'

I got a freaky call from this guy too.  Sounded drunk and when I asked him what  number he was calling, he only could give me 6 digits.

I just got a call from this number listed as SUNY Upstate Medical confirming an orthopedic appt for next week

Got a call from this number at 9pm and with someone saying hey and hanging up? tried to call back and number will not ring through and gives a message as to let you know that someone from this number tried to call, don't get the way they answer to hey from a hospital phone and this is very annoying and it seems to be a ongoing issue from what i read in here.

HAve received a call from this number twice and does not leave a voicemail.

I received a call from them and when I returned it, it had a message of SUNY Upstate...still not sure why I received the call?
