I have been getting these calls but mine is an asian sounding lady and her name is maryilan cruz saying the you have defaulted on a loan and she says these are some serious charges you and your ss#.  Then I asked her to send me the papers through my email and she did.  I was looking at the documents they only sent me a agreement paper through the so called payday loan my name on it was spelt wrong. And they sent it a aol email. FRAUDS.

These people have been calling me for months.. tried to report to the US Attorney, to no avail.. have told these people to leave me the hell alone... i happen to work for a law firm and have put them in touch with one of the attornys here and they will leave me alone for a while but then they start calling again

this man has called me and even tried to get money out of my checking account

Robert Smith or Sam Watson from Lemmer & Association Law Firm called and said I owe money from 2001 on a payday loan asked me for my SS# which I didn't provide and calls my work & cell number 10 times a day. I have several numbers 315-519-8051 & 904-584-6058 & 817-876-6110 and  when they want to be funny 000. This is a mess! Funny thing is they never have an address and it's always a cell phone number. Thanks guy from where ever you are for making your people look bad!!!

I received a voicemail from a man with a very heavy Indian accent claiming to be from the Law Office of Limmer and Associates in NY.  He went on to say that my SSN is being reported to the govt and this is my last chance to pay up.  This is not the first call I have received from this sort.  I have asked each one when I have answered to please send me the request in writing so I may review and move forward should there be a need to.  I have never received any written documentation.  They have told me that they don't handle their debts in that way and that if I owe money then I should know who I owe to and that I don't need a piece of paper.  Sorry, but I don't operate that way, I may have some outstanding debt, but if it is sent to me in writing I focus on it, I'm not taking the word of someone over the phone - threat or no threat...and typically there are threats involved.

This call came from Joe Brown at Limmers Z& Associaties...yeah right. He claimed I had a case and said he needed to speak with his supervisor. I hung. He called back from 904-584-6058. I said do not call again.

I have been getting a call from a guy named Ken Jackson from this number, granted I do owe a payday loan and I'm working with a debt solution company but they are def scammers that the payday loan company sells your info to, Report them to the Attorney Generals office so they can be proscecuted

They were telling me I owed money and were threatening me if I di not pay.
I asked him to forward proof of who or what I owed and he has not responded.
They had foreign accents and barely spoke clear english.
I have no idea who or what they were talking about.
Please help me.

Someone called me from this number numerous times. I answered and hung up repeatedly fi.ally I answered after the 6th time and told them I wasn't interested so leave me alone then this guy told me he was gallon the cops and they will be arresting me cause I haven't paid my so called" loan" I borrowed. I never accepted or filed for a payday loan. These people need to be prosecuted. This 2011 and people need to get a life.

I got a call today on my cell and my work number, they know everything about me! how do i stop this? he said he did not appreciate me hanging up on him too? can i report this number?

They called several times this week and today at work.  Steve Martin said i had a quickcash loan and owed $569 from 2008.  I was employed and earning a good salary then and was in the hospital most of the last three months of the year.  I never had a loan then.  The scary thing is when I asked him the name of the Law Firm so I could verify he said Limmer's in Lexington SC.  there is no such law firm.  They also have my credit report, SS# and home and work contact info.  How did they get that.?

I received a call from the same number this time this guy said his name was Jack Anderson (he clearly was NOT American) haha  and this is what my voicemail said :  This is Jack Anderson calling you from the American Association law phone. And the reason I was just trying to get in touch with you You do have a very important, and pending matter. They found here. Case 5, which is in put in your name and I want to have social security number. I kind of late you with the morning. Formation it up. This is a voicemail system. So kinda give me a call. I was on Steven 55 a night. 8051. At, 88395598051. There, and ask for Jack and yours. Thank you.   Case 5 ??   what the heck wow must have had so many cases they rolled over back to 0 and I"m the 5th one.

On my message he's Jack Andrews and I actually got them on the phone. I first screemed this b***h into submission about there scam and she put Jack on. Jack claimed I owed money, I told him he was a lying you know what. I asked if he was irish, he said yes so I asked if he was married he said yes so I asked if his wife gave good turbin. He said why are you attacking my heritage? I never met an irishman who wore a turbin. I told him to stop calling me or I was informing the FBI of his scam and hung up.

Once again a call to my work today on message... always near or on my paydays? Someone from India same person like the last 2 months . Fake name Jeff Williams that clams to be from a Law Firm (never names it).And said my name and SS# is being  filed agaisnt me with the US Goverment . Again False... The US government that is in matters of collections is only the IRS on taxes owed! I got a huge refund this year like every year I owe nothing!
These guys are attempting extortion with there threats and refusal to give out there address or to except these so called money's owed to be mailed to them viva-money order. They will only take your debit/checking number RIGHT now on the phone ,(RED FLAG FOLKS)! Nor will they mail you any proof of any moneys owed or to whom you owe this money ( they have always told be in the past it had already been mailed to my home for which i have lived 16 years! Real collection companies in almost all states have to be licensed to operate and have to follow all the laws layed down in the united states by the FTC etc. or you can SUE there pants off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A reall law firm would know this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They would mail you the company they client ( certified mail) for proof you received for any court of law! Same here.  He is calling me at work, my cell phone and now my husbands cell phone.  Is there not a way to put a stop to this???

I also have received messages from Steve Martin or whatever his name is. I can barely understand him. He claims there is a legal matter against my name and ssn. I haven't called them back and never will. Why can't they have an english person leave the message?? Is this really a scam and why do they call random people?

Look up your legal rights folks with bill collections and call the police for attempted extortion ,FTC, etc also reports the threats with your ID they have threatened you with.... Love that Blast horn idea too!

Had a dream atop all else... something I had a dream about once , I had a BLAST horn near my phone, I  ask them in my dream to listen very closely as I begun to softly speak 666... He states his name is Jake Williams and he is with a law firm with the US goverment he again stated they are engaged with legal actions against me with my name and SS#. Again he tells me on message like they have always told me since 2004 "that this is a serious matter and they will proceed against me and good luck and not to disregard this message". hahahahaha they are so FUNNY! US government, right ...he wishes but with his criminal back ground never a chance in hell could he even get a Visa! Hmmmmmm thats a thought The local police, FBI and FTC or the phone co. are not doing anything with these guys. If in the sates like there skipe number implies .... hmmmm how about the immigration dept.? I got the same message from steve martin today. Different names & different numbers everytime, I've been dealing with this since about oct last year & I'm still able to post comments about these people.

I just recevied that call from steve martin.  he also claimed that us governement has filed suite against me and i need to call him back immediately.  Yes ladies and gentlemen this is a scam.  these peoples call me every so often different names, different companies but its the same people.  they move from area to area trying to scam you.  Yes I know people who have given them monies in the pass. I should have been in jail almost two three years ago according to these people.  Don't believe them, don't give them money.  Also, you will have someone who will find out about this website an try to come on playing like he works for the co and stating that the company is real.  I have contact several agencies about this individuals and they are a fly by night operations.  BE WARE.

i received a phone call on 4-14-11 from steve martin. i answered my cell phone and i didn't know who it was so i hung up on him and then i listen to my voice mail and it says that your name and ss# have a lawsuit against u and he didn't appreciate me hanging up on him and he needs to hear from me right away. i did call the number back and spoke to some lady ms. gonzales and she said the same thing and she said i had a loan for uscash.net in the amount of 200.00 and with interest it is now 612.00 from 2008. i told them i never had a loan so she tried to argue with me so i told her  i wanted the phone number of the place that i supossedly had the loan from so she gave me a number to call 347-566-7232 and justin arnold answered and he tried to argue with me about it to so i told him to send me the info and he said he will send it email and i never received one. i kinda figured it was a scam because i knew i didn't have any loans. my credit is to bad.

my cell rang and say private number I don't answer those calls, when to my voice mail, ok I hear it and this forgien male voice saying this is Steve Martin, then saying my SS# and my name is against me
and to call him this# right away. yea right please don't call me no more his a scammer.
