A few co workers and i have called these scammers hundreds of times today. They really want us to stop. Imagine that! The more calls they have coming in the less time they have to try and scam someone.

i"ve receieved numerous calls from these # "s and persons   Jason Smith 315-538-9900, Sam Smith 281-763-0439. Roger Smith 347-709-1652, and Brandon Talor 818-659-5863. Threatening phone calls that say i need to get in touch with him or my attourney that i owe money from a payday loan.  that never happened. These calls are getting out of hand now hes starting to call my fiance saying she was listed as a reference. I beleive these are all the same guy. They dont give uo ive completly ignored them and they still find a way to get through somehow how do i stop this harrassment.

They have been harassing us as well. I am the PBX admin for a pretty large company and have managed to figure out that they are on softswitch with out going VoIP service so they can spoof their caller id. Their telephone numbers for incoming calls are:

I recommend to everyone to hammer the s**t out of their operations. We have been calling them non-stop and now they are BEGGING for mercy.

I've been receiving this call from 315-538-9900 and he says his name is Jack Dawson with ACH Legal and speaks with a strong Indian or Pakistan accent
but won't leave any other information of what is about except that I must call
before it's too late.

This nefarious phone needs to report to FBI & CIA to snatch this criminals. They speaks English with strong Eastern or Middle East accent. His English is almost non understandable. Let report to FBI & CIA go to get these crimianals. This phone call tries me nut already.

I received a call from this number he said his name is Michael Hawkins.  He also calls my cell phone and work phone number. He also says my social security number is attached to a crime, that it is a pressing legal matter.

I received a call at 2 different numbers from a number out of the country leaving 315.538.9900 as a call back number saying he is an officer named Simon.  He says he is calling because my social is attached to a crime and I need to return his call before it is processed as it is a pressing legal matter.  Then he says have a blessed day.

It is a scam call, obviously from out of the USA, using old information - but they never give any information on the company they care calling about or how to resolve the problem.   I will not call them back again, as I believe it just gives validation of my receiving their calls - They say they are from ACS Afidavit Consolidation Services - threatening to arrest and convict you for a debt from an unknown company.
Anyone know how to block them or report them?

Same thing like everyone else starting getting calls two days ago from a private number on my cell. The message left was they are from a legal firm have name and ss number call back. Didn't return calls,after 4 attempts to reach me, I think they have give up.

I can tell you how to solve them from calling your work and that is to tell them that you do not work there and no one by your name has ever worked at your company.  I, too, started getting these phone calls and did what all you have done-googled the number and found out it is scam artists.  My guy's name is Philip Brown.  Since I do not answer my home phone if I don't know the number, I think the next time I get a call from one of these jerks, I am just going to tell them that I'm not me and I've never been at the phone number they have.  I think this should work, but if it doesn't, then how do you get them to stop calling?  I don't want to change my phone number because I've had it for over 6 years.

This number is from a collection ageny.  They buy old debt for pennies on the dollar.  They are scam artists and have nothing to do with a legitimate collection agency.  They will give any name, say they are with a law office or law enforcment.  They can call from any area code, and more than likely are not even in the state that coincides with the area code.   315-538-9900 is a Mr. Kevin, Mr. Christian, or Officer Watson.  I wonder how he keeps all his name straight.  What a job to have.............................
Do not give any personal information to anyone ever over the phone.  Do not set up payment plans with these crooks.  Do not worry, these crooks can not do anything to you.  If you have debt that is charged off on your credit, the companies have already reported it as a loss for them.

This may be an extortion scam. Scammers use bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

Someone stole my identity a couple months back. They called me at work and left a message that if I didn't call him back, they would track me with a GPS and put me in jail. Ar first, I freaked out cuz I had no idea what was going on. Told my husband and he said it was a scam. Every call after that, that I got at home, I never answered, but looked the number up on the computer. All scams!!!  I got another call today, the same thing, I never paid some pay day loan place back!! They're crazy!!! DO NOT give ANY info on the phone, and by all means DO NOT SEND THEM ANT MONEY!!! There has got to be something we can do to stop this. After I got that call today, I got a call from our HR at work and said she had an urgent message for me. Now, I have to explain  to them now!!!  Someone please help us!!!

Got a call today, from a foreigner, said his name was Brian Robinson from the legal dept. of the United States. It too was about money I borrowed from a pay day loan place, which I did not. I did not call him back either. Then, later, the same day, I received a phone call from our HR from work, telling me she had an urgent message for me from the same guy that had called me at home. There has got to be something we can do.

Just got a barrage of calls from an "officer" at this number. Strange, since I didn't know officers worked  at call banks. From India. Said he was looking for an ex employee. When he was told they don't work here any more, he simply talked over my words. Hung up on him numerous times. My co-worker told him to remove us from call list. He continued to call. Finally dumped him into voice mail and he left a garbled message with the phone number 315-538-9900. Nut***.
