I got a call saying that I was being sued by a courthouse in New York... this is the information I got from them of course the number was 312-538-9901 address was 101 Evergreen St. , Ithica, NY 18503
he gave me the name of Jon Taylor. Later he called back saying his name was Den Merchant. He called 20 times at my job! finally one of my co-workers pretended to be a lawyer and he would not give any information and wouldn't transfer to his supervisor.. finally he gave up!
He said that if I didn't pay the money i owed with my checking account then he was going to the courthouse and sue me! Damn wal-mart survey!!!!

Calls my work and tells them I have three major fraud investigations going and I need to contact this Eric Brown immediately.  He speaks very broken English.  He doesn't even have my name correct.  Calls dozens of times each day.  Says my social security number is on file and needs to confirm my banking information.  Gives this 315-538-9901 as his return number.  I do not have any pay day loans and have not had them.  He has also told my work place that he is the police.

This is a fraud company with using an eastern akcent pepole r rude use abusal language on the phone call and im tired of this no be aware of them. . . . .

GOT A CALL FROM A JOSH ADAMS BUT DID NOT SOUND LIKE A JOSH ADAMS.  WANTED TO SPEAK TO ME ABOUT A PAYDAY LOAN....ANOTHER SCAMMER.  THEY SEE OTHER COMMUNICATION ON THE NET AND CALL BACK. DOUBTFUL HE IS LEGITIMATE.

These people continually call me stating the have legal papers regarding an unpaid pay day loan. I asked for the name of the company it changes with each call. I explained that I do not know these people and have had no dealing with them. I asked how much the loan is for and when they supposedly deposited it in the account? They responded with some time in June and the amount is 300.00 - 400.00. They are bogus they have no real information, A collection agency collecting true debts knows the when where how and why's these people won't give you a straight answer. They won't quit I have told them several times I never heard of these companies and they still call.

Just got two phone calls on my office phone and one on my cell from a Dennis Peterson, who is definitely from india and does not have that American name.  Said I have three legal charges against me.  I am getting ready to call these losers, who are not gonna mess with me for too long.

This is a scam. I called them and asked them where they are located and they hung up on me. I called again and said my father is an attorney and they are gonna get served soon, they hung up.

I have received over 5 to 6 calls from this number daily.  At first they were leaving a business name as Federal Law Firm.  Stating the same info that there is an important matter that must be handled before sent to their courts and use the last four digits of your SSN.  I am now being left messages with a person by the name of John Wright, other name used have been Mills and Corey.

They been calling me and left me a lot of threatening messages. So far I just ignored it cuz I googled the number and found out through all you guys that this is a scam.  I just want to know if they can harm us in any way or take money from my bank account and can they actually try to get u fired from your job when you really didn't do anything wrong. It made me so nervous when I first heard their message but I haven't called them back cuz I don't wanna be more stressed out about this. This people needs to be punished for what they are doing.

Recived call from "Jennifer Riley" stated she was an emplyee's cousin, when I spoke to employee, she stated the lady was not her cousin, and that she did not know her. I already knew she was a debt collector by the call center back ground. I then switched back over to caller "Jennifer Riley" and confronted her, I told her the employee stated she was not her cousin, and that she did not know her. I asked what company she was calling from, PCS was her reply. I took down her name and number too:

I asked her not to call the employee's work place and to contact her at home, then disconnected. She called back and the other switchboard operator answered. Jennifer asked to speak to supervisor and was really rude. I told operator to transfer caller to me. I took down her information again, and disconnected.

I started receiving calls back in february.  I called the FTC and reported them, however they can't do anything.  They started again a few days ago.  I had everyone call them back and they were ridiculous.  The lady said if we called one more time she would call me 100 times a day.  I too feel sorry for pepople that are not intuitive enough to be proactive and actually send money because they are intimidated.

THIS IS A SCAM. They call using vasious numbers and are now giving two new call back numbers, 315-538-9901 and 315-538-9925. The new name is Erik Johnson from the legal department of a company that does not exist. I've been fighting this company for two years now. They have no cases and cannot do anything to harm you. Please don't give them any personal information and ask them to send you documents via registered mail. Don't give them an address though, and real collection agancy would already have this information. Once you get them flustered or angry, they will hang up. You will hear from them about every 3-6 months with new "American" names and new call back numbers. Same group, same scam. Good luck.

I have received harrassing phone calls from (315) 538-9901 as (916) 395-0000, wherein the caller accuses me of owing a payday loan debt, and even called me a dumb woman.  He had a thick accent, and referred to himself as "Mark O'Brien" or "Brian Smith"  I never took out such a payday loan, and I was so upset that this person/company had my information that I closed my bank account.  This is electronic theft; I feel victimized, and I want the calls to stop.

I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC BUREAU LETS SEE IF THIS WORKS.  I ALSO CALLED THIS NUMBER BACK 315-538-9901 AND PLAYED ONE OF THERE TRICKS AND PRETENDED I WAS CALLING FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND I NEEDED ALL THE CONTACT INFORMATION AND THE NAME OF THE COMPANY AND THE AMOUNT THAT WAS OWNED AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME.

This company does need to be reported.  google Federal DebtCollection Practices Act. If company is legit they violate many practices and should be reported in not legit they still need to be reported to the FTC

Federal Trade Commision . google this and its an easy way to report online , takes 5-10 minutes. I encourage everyone to report them and put this bs to an end.

I receive almost daily calls from PCS now that I have read these complaints. I am changing my cell phone no. because of this. They called a friend of mine telling her another friend of mine and I have "commited Fraud" but I have no idea how they would have my frind's phone no ! Yes, it is a man sounding middle eastern and threatening me, sounding like they are in a foreign country. I want to know why they are calling me!

They called me today and told me that they got my number as a refrence from a friend and gave the friends full name then they told me that legal action was going to be taken against him and i for illegally downloading items on the internet... I called them back and screamed my head off to them and he told me I was a stupid lady ( in broken english of course) and that I needed to go back to college cause i know " nofing" lol I told him my company lawyer would be contacting his company and to NEVER contact me again.... so we shall see.........

I'm getting calls from these scammers also..... Today they called my job over 20 times within 15mins..... Someone really need to stop these people. What can i do to stop the calls? HELP!!!

I keep getting calls 2-3 times a day at my work from 315-538-9901 and a few other numbers, they do not speak English very well and you can tell from the background noise that it's a call center, the "gentlemen" says his name is Officer Roger Green and demands to speak to me. My employer keeps telling him that I am unavailable, so this Roger Green tells them that I am involved in some illegal activity against my employer and a phone call is urgently needed to protect the company.  What a crock! He won't say what company he is with just that he is from the "legal department". I have repeatedly had it out with these people and told them to quit calling me at my work or any other numbers, but they continue to call daily (usually 2-3 times a day).  Really sick of it as is my employer who has to keep answering these calls and take the messages.  Be careful.

SCAMMERS, big time they called on behalf of CashnetUISA, I called CashnetUSA and they referred me to their complaint department because they are scammers.

I used the nickname lying bi*** because this is what the man kept calling me when I told them I did not owe anyone any money. I asked for their info so I could contact my lawyer and that was when he started this rant calling me lying bi*** over and over.
