I think they should be held accountable for knowingly providing service to scammers.

3 co workers and i have called these scammers hundreds of times today. They really want us to stop. Imagine that! The more calls they have coming in the less time they have to try and scam someone.

They have been harassing us as well. I have managed to figure out that they are on softswitch with out going VoIP service so they can spoof their caller id. Their telephone numbers for incoming calls are:

recieved call threatening legal action on a loan i know nothing about.  would not give me any specific info. no emails, letters or any other correspondence to confirm this.  started rambling a dozen pay day loan stores that they service.  could not really understand him.  would not help, wanted money.  what can i do...he scared me by knowing the last 4 of my ssn.  said he would email me so i could investigate the problem, nothing in my inbox thus far......HELP.

I just got a call from "Jack Price", who had an accent and was in a call center, from ACS Legal Dept. asking for me to contact a friend of mine to call them at 315-538-9904 and my caller ID said 213-410-42123...lol....ummm yeah SCAM!!!!!

I just recieved a phone call from a guy named Justin hammer threatning to call my job too & I found out he was FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DONT STRESS OUT ANYONE BECAUSE MY BANK SAID THEY SAW NO SUCH THING AS THE MONEY ACTIVITY IN MY ACCOUNT I SWEAR HES SO LUCKY HE IS FAR I WILL F***ING MURDER HIM LOL

"Ricky White" who is Indian or Pakistani keeps calling my work and home number from the legal dept. at ACS. They have been threatening to sur me for over a year if I don't call back. So BOGUS!

They call about 20-30 times a week asking for a co-worker of mine and asking to speak to her and her supervisor. She is aware that they keep calling and no matter what I do they call constantly. Carlos Williams isn't getting any of her information!!! He's annoying and they need to stop calling here...

These people are calling my Mother And Brother telling them that They have to show up in court that they are responsable for a payday loan for me. The Police and Attorney General can't or will not do anything about these calles..My Mom wouldn't talk to me for almost a year because of these people. I wish that something could be done about this. The Names that I have are as follows, JACK MARTAIN, ANDY JOHNSON, JACK  PHILLIPS, and  LINNIE GARCIA. These kind of people need to be stopped.
