Received call from 315-677-6918 on 21 May, 7:40 pm (9:40 on the east coast), girl's voice, thick Indian accent, I think her name was Lilly or Lila, something like that.  Wanted to talk to me about satellite television.  Told her not interested.  She said "Oh, I'm not asking you to buy anything, just listen to this great offer!"

same thing, called & left no msg.....dayam dish network!

Indian guy called and said his name was ? Jones. Said I qualified for a 3 room digital TV service. I called back and some guy with Indian accent  said "Thank you for calling Dish Network".

Received a call from 315-677-6918 on 05/21/08; 5:44pm.  I did not pick up the call, nor the person left a message.

Caller identified himself as Daniel and asked for (and received) personal information from my child.

Called the number back, a person said that my phone number has qualified for three room TV service. I requested not to be called again. Will see if that helped.

this number calls frequently, but with a plus sign in front of it, help?
