Keep calling my number and not leaving a message.

I too has received MANY calls from dave Lawrence demanding money......I asked for proof that I owed but was refused. I called my fraud department of local police and reported it. Will also take the previous suggestions and report also......

I too, am receiving harassing phone calls from them at work and on my cell phone. They are calling 3 and 4 times per day. They are annoying. I am going to follow your leads and report them to the N C Attorney General's office and the local Better Business Bureau.

I just got off the phone wit them he saic his name was david lawrence and that I took out a payday loan he threatened to sue me for all I was worth if I didnt call in a payment today  im so angry ive never took out any payday loans freaken scammers ughhh they havw nothing better to do!!!7

This is a scam.  They call from multiple numbers and they received your information from an online payday company that they hacked.  THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO YOU!!  The last call I got, I called them a bunch of scammers and told them that their number was being reported to the Attorney General and I haven't heard from them since.

Its scary because I got a call from them as well but they know ALL my information. Theyve called my work line from another number..now they are calling my cell phone from a new number and telling me my address and SSN asking me to confirm..of course it was but I did not tell them that. How did they get all my information? I never even heard of them...nor do I owe them $600 dollars. He threatened to sue me...

I too received a call on July 6th from American Law Associates stating the same thing and the man stated his name was Dave Lawrence. He was foreign and said that I had a payday loan in Feb 2011 also and they were suing me for stealing the money and not paying it back. I never heard of them. They demanded I pay $350 from my debit card by 5:00pm or I would be arrested. I had applied foronline paydayloans but did notreceive any as my bank statement shows.

Received a call from Justin at American Law Associates stating I took out a payday loan in Feb 2011 and stated a lawsuit against me.  I asked series of questions and who would have an American name and speak hardly any English.
