I had the same thing happen twice in the past few days! Some needs to help us!!

I recieved a call from a Daniel Walker and John Anderson( Strong Indian Accents) stating I took out a payday loan and owe 600.00 If I did not make a arrangement or pay the amount in full they would proceed with legal action the following day.  I have to admit I may owe a loan or two but when i did my research and called the company they said I owed they confirmed I had no loan with them.  I almost fell for the scam and was ready to make a payment plan.  PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

i have received several calls from 1315-770-0405 stating to my boss it was a family emergency not once but even after i return the callers call he also had an indian accent he said his name was hattie brown he got really nasty with me when i asked for the original creditors name.

I have also received a call from this number.. They will not give me any information. I have asked them several times for there companies name and address one day they gave me 101 south green st. Ithaca NY. Then today they give me the same address in brooklyn. They keep giving me a 518 # to call that tehy say is with the company. Im sry but i know there lying i took a payday loan out 2 yrs ago and paid it off in full. We need to get these people its not rigth..

This is a scam!!!  The "company" if that's what you call it seems to be a "ma & pa" business.  One Woman and one man if that's what he is.  they some how get information from online payday loans and create a story to try and get you to send money.  

I just called this number and "rattled their cage".  If you feel victimized and call the number and if a man answers then ask for a woman and if a woman answers, so on.  When the person comes to the phone switch names of the person you were looking for like from Mike to Miguel or Sarah to May.  Don't ever give your real information; tell them john smith or jane doe and that the person called and you have the money to send to them but you need to speak with just that person.  LOL ! ! ! You might get a little kick out of it.   And then those annoying calls?????   Just ignore them they should be gone soon.   LoL

This is hardly a company, this is a Scam. Every call is different but the same. The name of the company changes and the names of the employees change; but the same scare tactics remain. They state that there are companies that are going to sue you and put you in jail. Then they try and squeeze you for information and get your banking information and take your money. I have done a little research and it seems that the group was operating out of California, but now they are in Tampa, Florida area. They have several cell phones with all different area codes and numbers. Every time you call one of them it is the same guy it seems. If you catch them unaware them you will get a woman who's name also changes frequently. Here are a list of "employees" and phone numbers that these scamers are using:

These numbers can be searched throughout the internet and it's all bad news. whocallsme.com is a good one, but there is many. I have tried to obtain a mailing address and they will not give. They are violating many rights of many people: old and young, rich and poor; but mostly the poor. I have been calling these numbers using *67 to protect myself and I have found it very enjoyable! If these guys have harassed you then try calling them (protecting your number), and if it is a girl ask for a guy and if it is a guy then ask for a girl. Try and get a mailing address - that's the golden ticket. Never give your real name or information, these guys are somewhat serious. Please help stop these guys.

It's a man with like an indian accent but his name is Curtis Jackson, stating that I took a cash advance and they are filing legal actions against me. The number on the caller id read 81060287.

when i call and ask for hattie brown they say he is not there then the give me his so called supervisor      5182880137

A man caleed, identified himself as "Hattie Beown". He asked for one of my employees saying that it was a medical emergency. She wasn't available so they gave me this number asking for her to call. When she called them she was told that she had an outstanding bill she had to pay NOW or there would be a lawsuit filed(last Friday). They wouldn't tell her who the bill was to or what for or how much, simply demanded her credit/debit info. Yesterday(7/14/19) he called again for her saying it was a "family medical emergency". I told him that I didn't like being lied to and hung up. Within the next 5 minutes he called back 3 more times. I've contacted the state attorney general's office about this and filed a complaint. I've got a good loud whistle for the next time he calls.

I received a call from Darryl Smith, Curtis Jackson & Robert Cooper, all with heavy indian accents. Supposedly from a company called ECS, stating that I owe $586.00 to Advance Cash Company. I told them to send me something in writing and I let them know that I was going to record their conversation. I contacted my attorney right away and this is when we found this site with all the numerous people being contacted (Scammed). Just remember this is a Scam, let your friends and family know. Also my attorney advised me to contact the police in my area and file a police report and contact all three credit bureaus to have them put a Fraud Alert Tag on my Credit.

They have called me twice in the past few days stating the same as the people above!! Thick accent. Someone needs to help us I'm not sure where to turn to... I'm so sick of these calls. I contacted social security and the attorney general's office awhile back now and these calls haven't stopped! I owe no payday loans at all!! What should we do??

Finally got a hold of these guys.  They claimed that I took out an internet loan for $200 back in July of 2008.  They said they tried to email me numerous times (not true). I asked for the company name and number that I supposedly borrowed money from.   They gave me a 360 area code number (don't have it on me now) and company name "Advance Cash".  They wanted me to pay $600 right now using a debit or credit card.  (Accrued interest charges of $400).  I asked why they hadn't contacted me by phone or mail sooner, and the Indian accented male got very irritated.  He had my address, work number, email address and cell number that is listed under my father's name.  After thoroughly checking with my bank for any loan deposits in July of 08, and finding none, I called the scammers back.  They threatened to see me in court. I threatened to report them to the FBI Fraud Dept (which I did).  They go by numerous names, some celebrity names:  Robin Williams, Curtis Jackson, Dominic Miller, Roger (something), etc.

Heavy Indian accent by the name of Darrel Smith.  Calls my cell. Leaves a message telling me that he is with the Claims to be represting the Legal Affidavid Processing Center. To call him back immediately. I could hardly understand the message.  He claims that I took a loan from an Advance cash.  This is not true. He stated that my name, SS and License under was under Local and National investigation. For him to help me he wanted $351.00 which I don't have. He said a lawsuit is levied against me and I need to pay him this money.

Indian accent.  Calls my cell.  Knows my job number, where I work, social security number, and claims that I took a loan from advance cash in may of last year.  Which was not true.  Claims to be representing the Legal Affidavid Processing Center.   Says a lawsuit is levied against me and that I need to show up in court or pay 550 dollars over the phone right now.

Message on my home answering machine from 1:20 pm today.  Caller ID was blocked caller.  Man with heavy acdcent (I thought Caribean or South Amaerican) Identified himself as Daren Smith and stated my full name and that my name and SS were under investigation by local, state, and federal authorities and that I should return his call immeadiately.  I called 411 for a reverse directory lookup to find no record.  I called the number and a man with the same accent answered with out identifying himself.  I asked what number I had reached.  He state it was "Legal Affidavid Processing Center."  When I began to ask questions he ended the call.

Received the call on a Friday evening at 7:30 pm at work!  Caller had thick indian accent and I could barely understand the message.  He said his name was Alan Slade of the Legal Firm of National ? Processing Services.  He said my name, SS No. and driver's license were under state investigation and that I was to call him back at 315-770-0405 or I would face serious consequences from the county court and would be arrested. I would think if they had all of that information, they would find me at home.

I got a call from a male who called himself Daniel Walker, and he had such a strong Indian accent that I couldn't make out half the message he left on my cell.  Funny thing is this cell phone is listed under my father's name.  I don't know how he got my full name, but he said that I needed to call him right away and that legal actions would be taken against me regarding uploaded porn.............uploaded porn????    I never uploaded anything!!! He said if I waited too long, he wouldn't be able to help me.
When I tried the number back, it just rang and rang.
