I received a call from that number this morning. The person belongs to the Bandwidth.com CLEC LLC - NY network - so email them at info@bandwidth.com and tell them to figure out who is sending this crap. It is a cell phone and is located in or around Watertown, NY - Latitude: 43.9748 and Longtitude: -75.9156 according to the reverse phone lookup I have.

This is frustrating. It's bad enough to get the stupid political, religious, and telemarketing calls at home, but I REALLY don't like getting them on my cell phone.
