Another debt collector probably from the same company posting lies to try and convince the rest of us that this is legitimate law-abiding collection agency!  

ONLY DEBT COLLECTORS USE THE TERM "DEADBEAT"

And NO I DON"T HAVE ANY DEBTS - but have had to deal with 3 different ILLEGAL attempts to collect debts that had nothing to do with ME.

I'm please to see that there are so many negative false comments about Mrs. Melara. I'm from Florida and Mrs. Melara assisted me on a personal account of mine once or twice. She is by far the best, and most respectful collector I have ever encounted. I'm even shocked that she may have even respond to these comments by you dead beats. Never mis-represented anything. People don't like to get collection calls and thats the bottom line... So, don't lie pay your damn bills and you may have helped like myself. It took a good company like "sunrise", for me to pay my bills.

I got a call from this same person "michelle" saying that she is calling from Bank of America.  I did not say I was me at first and when I pressured her for the number she gave me that one.

Michelle called and said," Hey baby, where have you been?" When I asked her where she was calling from she stated it was in regards to a Bank of America credit card. again I asked her where she was calling fron and then she replied Sunrise gave me a number of 315-777-4456. If this was inregards to a collection account there should have been an 800 number given. I am a witness to fraudulent activity on a day to day basis from what is known as an "Audit Service."  It is a collection agency that steals individuals personal information from internet searches,insurance claims, credit reports, etc. This company change names on the accounts once the allege debt is paid, leaving another allege debtor responsible for the same debt. Making duplicate accounts, also this company located in Kalamazoo, MI alter credit card payments and hold cash payment for posting. Please if a collection agency calls about Comsumers Energy, medical bills, or any allege debt. Please do not fall for any of these allege debtor related  calls. Seek legal counsel before giving your money away. And know who you are paying before you give your money away. Trust me it may sound like a valid debt but please be careful
