I am having the same call a few times a week. I have told him several times ,I am on the do not call list and do Not Call me again. Just got another call a few hours ago...

I just received a call from this number, when I answered, the caller hung up. I called the number and on the first try, I got a busy signal, when I called again, it said the number is no longer in service and this was less than 10 minutes after being called from this number.

How can I avoid getting these calls.   They call after 8:30 p.m.   They say they want to deliver some sort of life alert system that someone has bought for me.   I know this is just a scam.

This phone number calls all the time.  I am 80 and have emphysema.  I don't need idiots calling me.

This scam call came to midwest this afternoon, name and number on Caller ID  ... He wasn't about to be interrupted, and I wasn't going to allow him to intimidate me with his lies that a medical alert system had been ordered to be delivered. I told him we all have our own medial alert buttons here at this assisted living facility, but that didn't stop his blah blah blah, I told him he's a big scam and to remove my number off his calling list, but he proceeded to talk and say about pushing certain numbers for certain things.  
They are definitely out to get all information about you to steal your identity.   We have been warned here about that sort of thing numerous times, and not to fall for those dirty schemes from the criminal minded out there.   Caller ID said from Barneveld, NY    telephone NO. is 315-896-7415

Received an unsolicited call May 14, 2013 around 6:00 p.m. from someone claiming he has a delivery for me of a medical device shown on TV.  I ran to the phone to catch the caller before the answering machine picked up.  This is criminal because he is using my phone for which I pay for his personal business.  Please someone do something about this caller who keeps annoying people, thus making him a nuisance and an offender (for which we have laws to protect us).  Thank you.

 Had a call from 315-896-7415 that identified himself as John.  Said he had a medical alert system
to deliver to my address and wanted to know if I was going to be home.  I told him I hadn't ordered an
alert system and not call back here anymore and hung up.  This is definitely a scam.

Yet another call from the same maggots. I guess this is going to be a once a week call for the time being.

All hours of day and night, repeated calls.  Asking to be removed from call list doesn't work.  English-as-second-language speaker APOLOGIZES repeatedly but can not have a discussion, only can read from his script.

This is such a scam. Unbelievable. DO NOT give these people ANY information.

Came back here shortly after my previous post & ad changed to a free reverse phone lookup ad. Thought I was onto something. Guess not.

Funny how this robocall, according to some of the reports here, is about an emergency alert system and the ad at the top of the page on this site is for a medical alert system.

Also a situation where caller states that he has a medical alert system to install wants to schedule a delivery.  But more alarming is that a medical alert system had just been ordered from Philips Lifeline for delivery to phone number that the scammer called. I happened to be at my parents house and picked up the call. They tried to get a credit card number for a monthly service charge before passing me to a dispatcher to set up delivery. Very sleazy. More than a coincidence that they had my parents number only 3 days after the order was placed with Philips?

They call you with a recording by some moron which sounds like a live telemarketer saying everything is paid for. They play like you placed an order with them and just need to verify your ship to address. SCAM what TF has this country become???

Had the same phone call today.  I have an elderly mother living with me and thought maybe one of my sisters ordered this.  When I demanded to know who paid for this or I wouldn't accept delivery they hung up on me.  Glad to find out this is a scam as I suspected when I got the call.

You need to report the calls to both the FTC and FCC.

attempted to call the number back and line just goes dead or to a fast busy.
