I think I almost fell for a scam too. This is the second time. Earlier the name of the guy was Greg Hoffman....which I ve seen appear in some of the posts. Looks like it is the same syndicate.
Someone claiming to be CEO of Dilard constructions, Scotland contacted me through a Matrimonial website. Have been corresponding with him for the past 10 days and now after reading all these notes have realised what the person is up to. Obviously he and the company is fake. Am so glad I googled the companty and came across these posts!

I also got the same aggrement from Duck Construction Inc , I checked their website its working  and i sent the documents what they needed.
Its fake or ....  let's see.

i also got appointment later from Duck construction inc & also I got appointment later from Koko construction inc also they recommend me to insurance.if any body know about this company please inform me is it true or fake companies please.

Has anyone else noticed that never once in any of these supposed "emails" or "letters" is the Kentucky telephone number 316-243-1665 ever mentioned, yet it is that number that this thread is supposed to be about.

Furthermore, all the scummy, smelly shills ask for specific legal advice about their own particular situation.  Nobody is going to give that to them here.

I had check there is  website and they still don't call me and just conversation through mail. And still not asking the any kind of money. I sign my employment contract and send to him . they told me . they make for me visa and UK Entry Clearance application.What should I do?

It is spam.  

The person who sent you the letter is a thief. He is trying to steal INR 30,000 from you.

If you have read all of this to this point, then you should have realized its a scam and this thread is full of it!  I've contacted Admin to remove your info as scammers, fraudsters and extortionist read here. Not wise to ever give your info online on a public board like this cause spammers and bots scour the net for these and you only open yourself up to getting a ton of spam email and nasty bogus calls.

HI, this is fake and they are making money just by doing nothing, only mailing fake employment letter and giving reference of their own cheating troop. Be smart and you also play like them and when they ask money avoid it.

I also received offer letter from Duck Construction, HR Manager Mr. Francisco Hoffman. Cleared UK entry and from the UK home office they advised me to get Expatriate Health Insurance from recognized UK Insurance agency and referred me " Hecto Insurance Brokers". The insurance fees is INR 30,000 and later they will submit my documents for visa and work permit as per the mail received from the insurance company.Duck construction will provide air ticket , visa and work permit.The time given to clear the insurance is 72 Hrs from UK home office.

Please suggest me whether it is true or spam.

Something else is BOTH of the "websites" are shut down, NEITHER was created in the country where the company is allegedly based OR doing work.

IF these companies were worldwide, I assure you:
--they would have a working website,
--you would have heard of them in the news
--they would be publicly traded companies
etc., etc., etc.

NOT TO MENTION that a simple internet search of the phone number(s) would yield the company's name.

These SCAMMERS are still on the  "pre-school" level of scammers.  They'd have to get a LOT smarter, to even think about getting up to the "kindergarten" level!

Again, simple searches prove this is just a scam.

NOTHING I see on the internet even remotely says this company is located anywhere except Louisiana.

Clue #1-  Internet searchf or "Kenny Marst" reveals NOTHING for the name, much less an attorney

Clue #2- Why is a construction company in TN using an alleged attorney in OK to do their hiring?

Clue #3- The telephone number search reveals NOTHING for any company.

Clue #4- "legislator.com" search reveals: "LEGISLATOR.COM is a publication of World.com Media. Other leading publications include Asia.com for the Best Deals on Travel in Asia, Popstar.com for the Latest Celebrity Entertainment News, USA.com making local USA search easy, Email.com for Business Email Software and Services, and Paris.com for Paris Travel, Hotel and Restaurant Information" and

So, simple searches would be enough to confirm NOTHING is genuine, EXCEPT this is a SCAM!

Repeat after me:
This is a scam. It is an obvious scam. There is no job.

Things to note:
The number is the same every time.
The company name changes frequently.
The HR Director's name changes as often as the company name.If it's legitimate, then the HR turnover is extremely high, which tells me it isn't a company I'd want to work for.
So does the location. Scotland is not in India. Neither is the United Kingdom. Or the United States.

One more time gang: +44 70 phone numbers are FAKE! They are forwarding numbers and are NOT located in the UK. They can be anywhere in the world - Nigeria for example. SEARCH the email address to see if it is a free, web based email account. Eg: consultant.com The unemployment rate in Scotland is 7.2% right now, and rising. Think they can find workers at home? You're not going to get a job (for example) at a Canadian Hotel washing dishes for $20. an hour. They would be lined up from the CN tower to Oakville to take those jobs.
