I received a call from this number on Tuesday saying they could do a winter service check on my furnace for the low price of $39.00. Sounded pretty good to me. After making an appoitment for Saturday I changed my mind after doing some research on the company. So I tried to cancel the appointment by calling the toll free number of 855-588-2327 but I couldn''t get this number to work.  Then on Thursday the same guy called me and started to make his whole sales pitch again. When I told him we had talked 2 days ago and I had made an appointment but now wanted to cancel it. Well surprise surprise he couldn't help me with that and was told again to call the toll free number. Tried the number again with no success. I guess I will wait for them to call me Saturday to let them know I don't want their so called special. The name the guy gave me that called was Mike Mollick

We are getting calls on a daily basis from 316: 440-8074 to our home phone here in Wichita Ks.                  we don't answer so it seams like a waste of time on their part it is annoying. Today I've tryed to call back 1st time it was a bussy signal all the outher times it was a busy signal its getting very old. On our I D. I marked it for do not answer!

Hello people, I am going to weigh in my two cents on these idiots. Ok where do I start.... First let me open by saying that I see the owner talking like he is some big macho man here online, but I am calling his bluff, Type what you will, but I know everything there is to use against you. To the "Owner" Scott A. Bidwell, do you run a company like you run your mouth or shall I say fingers? Because if you do, I see why your company is filing bankruptcy. #1. Solar Bear LLC has an IRS Tax Lien against them (SEE CASE#CV2012-011973) for the amount of $34,844.69. #2. Solar Bear also has a judgement against them(SEE CASE#890245112) in the amount 0f $40,000.00 for not adhering to the National Do Not Call Registry. They've been forewarned that if it continues, the second penalty will be much more severe. #3. I've also discovered that there is a so called Solar Bear Auto Care linked to the Arizona address, however, there has been no activity with this business since opening day, nor is there a website associated with this business. #4. I've also happened to notice how often the "Statutory Agent" of the business has been switched almost every six months. This is all public file to be found on the internet. Notice how it's gone from a Mark Veilleux, to a Jason Bidwell to now a Scott A. Bidwell. Why is it necessary to switch "Statutory Agent" status every six months, simply because they can avoid service from every and any government official. if you're the owner,you're the owner, no need to pas the "football" around unless there's some shady stuff being done. #5. Upon that discovery, Ive also discovered there's a so called business by the name of "Real Dreams" owned by one of the previous "Statutory Agents" Jason Bidwell. Upon further review, the address linked to this business is a residential dwelling and not a company. Also, on the Secretary of State website, it does show the latest status of Solar Bear: DATE TO DISSOLVE. I've warned you guys to stop calling my home and disturbing my family and I but you did not heed this warning, now "Mr. Statutory Agent" I'm not bluffing anymore. I delt my card,your move....

Hi I just want these calls to stop, I get a call twice a week but they hang up I have babys sleeping and they wake them up all the time I have told them not to call but they will not stop .

Call this number they are the parent company evidently I called them to let them know I had filed a police report locally for harassment due to them calling and hanging up
They dont say anything when they call even just call and hang up when you say hello  .. then when you call back the local number it just rings forever .. as do all 4 of the numbers I found for them locally but below is the correct number to get your number removed hopefully

We don't care how "great" your employer is. Sales calls to DNC-registered numbers are illegal. This household does not patronize any businesses which are too cheap or lazy or devious to scrub their dialers. This household WILL prosecute both a violative call center and its client and name every person we are made to speak to as co-defendants in a TCPA action.

I recieve a call from this number every day.If I do answer, I always get hung up on.I have tried to call back with no luck.It is very frustrating and I am at my wits end!!!

Great company! Had them out and they did an amazing job. Not a fan of telemarketers either but I gave them a shot and Im glad I did.

I have received repeated phone calls from this number but I have not answered it. Thanks for this info and I will make sure they are never answered.

They called my house offering an AC tune up.  I made an appointment and took off work for it.  Got a call after the appointment time saying that they couldn't make it because the tech was tied up.  Called the number back and got a message saying that the call could not go through because there's something wrong with the phone system.  Sounds strange and fishy for sure.

I have received numerous calls from this number sometimes some one answers and other times they just hang up Have asked several times for them  to remove my phone number from their list.

Recieved a call from an agent named Rock offering an air conditioning tune up.  Advised that I was on the no call list and he advised that he would remove my number.  I advised Rock that this was a cold call and because I was on the no call list, I would still file a complaint with the FCC and the Attorney Generals office.  
The contact phone number he gave me was 316-440-8053 and a street address of 1667 S. Mission Road.  Researching the address shows it is a residence and not an office building.  

Please help to stop violations such as this by filing a complaint with the FCC at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and your local Attorney Generals office.

don't use them if they half to call looking for work they are a rip off

This is a company which determines whether the called party has health care or doen't have health care.  I told them we had health care.

SolarBear, L.L.C. 316-440-8074 Just called my home offering a summer deal on AC unit tune-up.  I had to stop Natalie from continuing and asked her how she got my information (she used my name without me telling her) she said she didn't know. I told her our number was UNLISTED and to take us OFF her call list...and she hung up on me at that point. I'm so tired of getting calls from people I've never done business with and I am on the Do Not Call List as well as having and unlisted number.  I'm losing my patience.

I called the 440-8053 number, a very soft spoken male voice anwered identifying Solarbear, asked him about the 440-8074, said he wasn't familiar with it, explained the situation and read to him what hrk had reported on July 24th, asked him if he subscribed to the Do Not Call List, said yes but sometimes a number slips through (yeah, sure!), I proceeded to inform him if either number or any other Solarbear number EVER calls my number again, I will meet him downtown at the courthouse with my hand out to collect the $500 he will then owe me for violating Federal Law and that is prescribed by that law for violating it which seemed to surprise him (yeah, sure!), and also informed him that ANY business that invades the privacy of my home soliciting business instantly goes onto my Black List as a business that is probably a shyster not worth either my time or my $$, that if I ever need services such as they offer, I will find a legitimate business that offers that service and make my own decision.  At least he listened and didn't hang up on me.  Surprise, surprise.
