Leaves no voice mail, it's automated info from Indiana Evergreen Library, thanks to comment from Jake. I have been getting random numbers calling me and hang ups, frustrates me when this happens and no voicemail.

this number calls me twice daily but never leaves a message

I just got a call from this number and  immediately disconnected. They called back and same thing. I tried calling back and was disconnected before it even rang. Getting frustrated i googled it and found this site. They called back shortly after to inform me that the book i had requested at the library was ready for pick up. So there it is, it's an automated caller for the libraries, presumably the ones on the Indiana Evergreen system. So fear not, it's not a telemarketer or a scammer, just a poorly functioning automated librarian. Hope this helps. :)

Called me first time no message, second time guy said order requested ready for pick-up

Called me yesterday. Only caught "for pick up" on voicemail. Tried to call back and it dumps me.
