This number calls me all the time also, glad to finally know who it is calling me every day! I just recently bought a car from JD Byrider and the first two weeks it was in the shop. Although they fixed it at no charge, and did fill up my gas tank, I think owning a "newer" used car shouldn't be in the shop as soon as you sign papers. I am now on a 4 yr contract, at pretty much triple the car is worth. They do help people with bad or no credit, and is the only reason I went there. Hopefully, I have no more issues with my car. Yes, I received a call from this number and they didn't leave a mess. how can I get more information at no cost and be able to block it after?

I would not recommend JD Byrider to anyone. Horrible experience so far with them. My car is in the shop at least 4-5 time a year and they always keep it for a week or more(they do not offer rentals so you better hope you have another vehicle). The last time i went there to pick my car up the problem was not fixed and it was leaking oil everywhere(was not doing this when i dropped it off) so they kept if another week and a half. You get a low quality vehicle for a steep price!!

they only doubled your kbb value?  They got me for triple the value and 4 years of payments.

I just bought a car from jd byrider and realized I got screwed royally!!! I looked up the blue book on the car I bought and they charged me over double what it's worth...B***S***!!!! and they still persisted on writing up the deal even after I told them I dont want to do it anymore cuz I wanted to do some research 1st. so all in all...bad experience with them! now stuck with this payment for 3 years!!

My car was in the shop many times within a year it took me to hire an attorney and take them to court before they finally fixed my car. Do not recommend anyone to them especially the service dept :(

Cheryl, I am on my fifth car through JD Byrder in Clarksburg WV, I highly recommend them.  They are realy nce and the service rocks.

I got my car there and haven't had any problems with the shop. I love the free oil change service too!

I don't like to hear about how bad the service maintenance is since I just bought my car through them. :(

It's a satisfaction survey. Mine was from JD Byrider when I got my car serviced. They don't leave messages, but will call back! Just answer it and get the survey over with to make them stop calling.

actually its a survey. asking about the quality of service for JD Byrider I feel bad I missed the call. I think its on auto dialer and when you pick up it patches you through to the person doing the survey so if you dont pick up... it just hangs up. thats why they dont leave a message

Just calls doesn't leave a message..Guess they either have no guts to talk or just another one who speaks no English
