Please have these people stop calling me from Salem University.  The woman has been calling me for six to eight weeks now.  She leaves messages but is very rude.

It is a school. You must've requested information and probably wasn't paying any attention to what you filled out or checked.  Just answer the phone and let them know you did not request the information or accidently did and they will not call you any longer, but be aware that other schools are probably calling also so you must tell each school. It's unfortunate but it happens.

This means you have filled out or checked a box somewhere stating you were looking to go back to school, would consider going back to school, or some other ways.  THey pop up in surveys, scholarship sites, degree sites, and employment sites so make sure you read what you put in there and what you check.  If you request the info then they have every right to call you, unfortunately.  All you have to do is let them know you would like to be taken off the list and they won't call.

These people have been calling me for over a month - Salem University saying that I requested info online,  I have repeatedly told them that I did not, and they try to upsell me.  I told them more than once to take me off of their list, but now, a month later, I received 2 calls, at 6:20 am and 6:43 am, waking my kids.  I asked to be put through to a supervisor and got voicemail, left a clear and urgent message, so we'll see.

Call your state attorney generals office.

Called asking for my son- said he asked for info about school. He has been enrolled in a University for 3 semesters. Son said he never asked for info. Said he is happy where he is @.

I have been getting 1-2 calls daily as well, including weekends.  Most of the time I miss the call b/c I work in a loud environment.  They have also stated to me that they have info that I am interested in an online degree.  I am 65 y.o. and I have a B.A. in Biology.  Informed them today that I am NOT interested in getting an online degree and to take my number off their list.  Don't remember the "school" they said they are from, but with all of the calls listed here as Salem Univ., it could be.  Unfortunately, I am getting calls from SEVERAL different area codes and phone #'s.  Can't keep them all straight.

Also, It's from 317, which is in Indianapolis, not WV... Check your area codes.

Got a call from someone named Lafownda/shoneequa or something. From salem WV. It's an "online skoo" (yup..) where you can get your mba in 12 months.

You applied for a Job on Yahoo or something, didn't you? or VACS? Because that's why they called me.

I have been getting 1-3 calls DAILY - first from a woman, then today from a man, asking for someone named Jasmine. I have repeatedly told them they are calling the wrong number. I am done. Calling the FCC and reporting them.

Just got two calls from this number. Second call left a VM. Said I wanted info for an online degree from Salem University. NOT!

I just got a phone call from this number too and they left me a voicemail saying that they're from Salem University? I don't even know why they would be calling me for

I got a call from this number, but I missed the call. No voice mail was left. I always check numbers I don't know before calling back. So after checking this number, guess I won't be returning the call !
