Legit debt collection call, talked w/Greg Wayne. I owe the stated amount. If you contact them, they do *not* spam your phone like some other places. I haven't heard from them in over a month and had to Google the number to make the payment I committed to last month (which is how I got here)

It says Indianapolis, it is a house in Avon Indiana and I doubt, since they are not BBB accredited, that they are legal in having a business in that home. They  are rude and send rude letters. Since I do know where they  really live and the names are fictious, I doubt we hear from them again. The brummetts.

Repeated calls for a person I have never heard of.  I am on Indiana's No Call List and have reported this to the Attorney General's office. I have told the caller to stop calling, but they continue.

Keeps calling but she says she's "Liz Clarke" but leaves no other info besides I should call back between 8:30 and 5:00.  Like the others, try to call back but get no answer.

So a lady named Tina Brown called.  Wouldn't tell me what it was regarding.  I called back several times and couldn't get a hold of her.  When I finally did, I found that she is from Creditor Services of Indiana.  She was calling in regards to a medical bill I paid last November!  What a scam!!

This is a collections agency by the name of Creditor Services of Indiana. They are calling you to collect on unpaid medical bills. This is not a scam, it is legit. If you need to dispute the validity of the claim, you need to call them back to make sure the bill will not affect your credit score.

Agreed. Creditor Services of Indiana is not a scam. I am sitting here with their letter for a past medical bill which I let drop through the cracks. I do owe this amount and I have talked to Greg Wayne during normal business hours.

Called and left message on my grandmas answering machine asking for me by name, it was a woman, she said it was Mans Clark or Mrs Clark Maybe it was hard to understand the message. Anyways I called back and the phone just rang and rang and rang, no one ever picked up no answering machine or voice mail system either.
